★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedores desinteressados quando você precisa de um atendimento mais técnico, não fazem questão de aprender e saber nada além do comum. Precisei comprar abraçadeiras com proteção UV e o pior não é não ter mas sim perceber a extrema falta de vontade do vendedor e entender a sua necessidade e estar disposto a resolver um problema, em uma segunda situação cheguei a informar o código do fabricante e a marca do produto Hellermann para o vendedor e nada de solução, experiência horrível!!!!
 Disinterested salespeople when you need more technical assistance, make no effort to learn and know anything beyond the ordinary. I had to buy clamps with UV protection and the worst thing is not having it but realizing the seller's extreme lack of desire and understanding their need and being willing to solve a problem, in a second situation I came to inform the manufacturer's code and brand of the Hellermann product to the seller and no solution, horrible experience !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única consideração é que os Clientes ficam esperando a disponibilidade do vendedor para pequenas compras, ou seja, tem que esperar o vendedor desocupar de grandes compras, ou orçamentos.
Se a empresa pensar em um atendimento mais rápido teria atendentes para compra menores assim teria mais agilidade.
The only consideration is that Customers are waiting for the seller to be available for small purchases, that is, they have to wait for the seller to vacate large purchases, or budgets.
If the company thought of a faster service, it would have smaller shop assistants so it would have more agility.

Lots of attendants chatting, customers waiting. Only 1 box working. It has a huge variety, many employees, but I believe that something is missing for the team to prioritize the customer.
