Portaria desorganizada, interfones quebrados(ou não usam), não tem nenhum panfleto orientando como proceder para ser atendido, não tem organizador de fila, pessoal fica aglomerado em frente a gaveta. Quem vem pela primeira vez e quiser atendimento, insira o documento pessoal na gaveta e aguarde o atendente te chamar através de mímica ou gesticulação. O funcionário que sai para conversar ou orientar é prestativo e bem educado.

Disorganized concierge, broken intercoms (or not used), there is no pamphlet guiding how to proceed to be attended, there is no queue organizer, people are crowded in front of the drawer. Whoever comes for the first time and wants assistance, insert the personal document in the drawer and wait for the attendant to call you through mimicry or gesture. The employee who goes out to chat or guide is helpful and well mannered.
