Tem que esperar na recepção no térreo, pois ao que parece não há recepção no andar e o pior no calor esses não tem Bebedouro

Atendentes muito simpáticos.... Muito fácil o acesso... Muito bom esse prédio...Mas tudo em SP tem seu preço e o condomínio deste prédio é um tanto caro...
Excellent location ... In the super famous block of Pinheiros.. Rua Teodoro Sampaio with Rua Lisboa ... overlooking the Benedito Calixto square ... It has parking in the building .. Very friendly attendants .... Very easy access .. This building is very good ... But everything in SP has its price and the condominium of this building is quite expensive ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certamente o que há de pior na região, seja para morar, seja para trabalhar. Garagens, dependências e equipamentos abandonados, mal conservados, sujos e em precário estado de conservação, apesar do alto condomínio pago todo mês. Administração omissa, desinteressada, obscura, afora a péssima gestão de pessoas e funcionários. Quadros de pessoas que não se renovam, graças ao descaso dos proprietários investidores, todos igualmente omissos. Para completar, os apps de hospedagem se instalaram por lá, rasgando a Convenção e o Regulamento, trazendo consigo pessoas da pior espécie. Duvida? Desperdice um tempo de sua vida lá e constate com seus próprios olhos.
