★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato por WhatsApp e solicitei informações do valor. Foi me dito que custava R$ 50,00 a meia hora. Marquei para depois do trabalho das 18h30 às 19h30, totalizando R$ 100,00.
Pedi à atendente que me confirmasse o endereço e ela confirmou.
Chegando lá, uns 15 minutos mais cedo, fiquei preso do lado de fora e na garoa, pois não havia porteiro. Mandei mensagem para a atendente informando que ja havia chegado.
Quando estava próximo do horário marcado, a atendente me respondeu informando que não realizava atendimento presencial, somente online! Isso mesmo depois de eu ter confirmado o endereço com ela. Alguém me explica porque iria confirmar o endereço se fosse ser atendido online?
Para piorar, depois de ter dito que não atendia presencialmente, a atendente mudou de ideia e informou que atendia presencialmente sim, MAS que o atendimento custaria o dobro do combinado, ou seja, R$ 100 a meia hora.
Péssimo client servicing e muito amadorismo!
I got in touch via WhatsApp and requested information on the amount. I was told it cost R$50.00 for half an hour. I made an appointment for after work from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, totaling R$ 100.00.
I asked the attendant to confirm the address and she confirmed it.
Arriving there, about 15 minutes earlier, I was trapped outside and in the drizzle, as there was no doorman. I sent a message to the attendant stating that I had arrived.
When it was close to the scheduled time, the attendant responded by informing me that she did not perform face-to-face service, only online! That's even after I confirmed the address with her. Does someone explain to me why they would confirm the address if they were going to be served online?
To make matters worse, after having said that she did not attend in person, the attendant changed her mind and informed that she did assist in person, BUT that the service would cost twice as much as agreed, that is, R$100 for half an hour.
Bad client servicing and a lot of amateurism!
