Place of love, charity and selflessness. If you are looking for comfort, knowledge and healing (remembering that this only occurs through your resolve to want to improve your actions and actions...) CEPLA is the place. Mr. Joaquim and his family dedicate their lives for the benefit of others, which in itself qualifies this Center. Lots of light and good vibes for everyone.
