★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom é um lugar com atividades físicas para as pessoas, incluindo jovens ,adultos e idosos, fui apenas 2 vezes na aula de alongamento, Eu nem sabia que existia esse tipo de ajuda, da prefeitura, agora o professor que deu as aulas nos dias em que eu fui, está de férias, com certeza merecida férias, além disso é um profissional competente, Agora é esperar o próximo ano para dar continuidade, pretendo continuar, além de tudo é gratuito, basta esforço e força de vontade para ter melhor qualidade de vida, Porque muitas pessoas não podem pagar um personal training, ou academia, então é uma alternativa para quem precisa desse tipo de cuidado, assim que possível quero experimentar outras modalidades esportivas que são oferecidos lá no espaço, como pilates, condicionamento físico, E outras ,
Muito bom ,que a prefeitura continue oferecendo essa ajuda para a população, é uma pena que, tem que ficar numa lista de espera para o pilates, visto que tenho problemas no nervo ciático, E esse foi o motivo da minha procura,

Tem professores atenciosos destaco o professor Marcelo Ortega excelente pessoa não só como professor, mas como humano. Tem um prof chato ... Muito insuportável Clebson acho o nome .. Mas no geral desenvolvem um bom trabalho. Atualmente meu filho participa do basquete.
