 Nobody answers the phone, they have to make an appointment to go to the clinic and it takes more than 2 weeks and when it is urgent there is no doctor available

O agendamento via aplicativo ou site facilitou muito e fez com que minha experiência no local fosse rápida, intuitiva e assertiva da recepção até o consultório médico com o ckeckin virtual e as informações de saúde via sistema. Recomendo.
I had an appointment in the last week with dr. Rafael. I was welcomed. Scheduling via app or website made it much easier and made my experience on site quick, intuitive and assertive from reception to the doctor's office with the virtual ckeckin and health information via the system. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!! Não atendem o telefone, sera um telefone fictício??? uma sugestão seria falarem qual a nossa posição na fila de espera como algumas clínicas e hospitais aí a gente vê se quer esperar ou não, se algum dia melhorarem esse sistema de atendimento eu dou mais estrelas, decepcionada!!
Obs: agendamento on line e App tb não funcionam, nao aparece opção para Guarulhos
Terrible!! They don't answer the phone, is it a dummy phone??? a suggestion would be to talk about our position in the waiting list like some clinics and hospitals there we see if we want to wait or not, if they ever improve this service system I'll give more stars, disappointed!!
Note: online scheduling and App also do not work, there is no option for Guarulhos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os telefones 2442-4000, 2442-4020 ou final 4030 não atendem de jeito nenhum pelo amor de Deus um absurdo vc ficar no telefone em espera de mais de 30 min e nada de sermos atendidos e quando alguém decide atender não tem vaga pra clínico vamos melhorar isso ai Unimed
The phones 2442-4000, 2442-4020 or final 4030 don't answer at all for the love of God it's absurd for you to stay on the phone on hold for more than 30 minutes and no one to be answered and when someone decides to answer there's no vacancy for a clinic let's go improve it there Unimed

Já havia agendado 2 consultas anteriores com ele (pq era o profissional com a data mais próxima.para atendimento) fiquei esperando 1 e 40 minutos em uma delas, e ele ligou informando que não iria comparecer para atender os pacientes devido a um imprevistos e que teríamos que remarcar. Hoje cheguei 08 minutos atrasada por conta de um congestionamento e ele não me atendeu, mandou que remarcasse a consulta. Quer dizer que nós pacientes, que pagamos pelo serviço, temos que esperar, mas ele não pode atender pq cheguei 8 minutos atrasada. Estou indiguinada, é uma falta de respeito tremenda.
My experience with the medical professional Rafael was terrible. I had already scheduled 2 previous appointments with him (because he was the professional with the closest date. for care) I was waiting 1 and 40 minutes in one of them, and he called informing that he would not come to see the patients due to an unforeseen event and that we would have to reschedule. Today I arrived 08 minutes late because of a traffic jam and he did not answer me, he told me to reschedule the appointment. It means that we patients, who pay for the service, have to wait, but he can't answer because I arrived 8 minutes late. I'm outraged, it's a tremendous lack of respect.
