★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 15 minutos tentando falar nesse lugar para confirmar minha consulta. Não é a primeira vez, da última fiquei 30 min esperando. Consultas muito rápidas, os médicos tem pressa de atender. A médica fez perguntas pessoais constrangedoras, perguntou se meu bebê foi planejado, sendo que ela nem era ginecologista, absurdo! Whatsapp fica online e não responde. Não volto nunca mais.
I've been trying to reach this place for 15 minutes to confirm my appointment. It's not the first time, the last time I was waiting for 30 minutes. Very quick consultations, doctors are in a hurry to attend. The doctor asked embarrassing personal questions, asked if my baby was planned, and she wasn't even a gynecologist, absurd! Whatsapp goes online and doesn't respond. I'm never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de Betim e faço tratamento dermatológico com o Dr. Bernardo desde 2020, sempre fui muito bem atendido e sem os atrasos que vi mencionarem em outros comentários. As moças da recepção também são muito atenciosas e eficientes. Não tenho do que reclamar, pena que não estão mais perto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não foi boa. Fiz uma consulta onde foi colhido amostra para exame papanicolau e aconteceu uma sucessão de erros. Primeiro mandaram para o laboratório sem terem certeza que meu plano cobria. Não perguntaram pra mim, nem ligaram na operadora para saber. Como o laboratório não cobria o exame foi devolvido e só fiquei sabendo pq liguei para saber se tinha ficado pronto. Após o pagamento e reenvio para o laboratório, liguei novamente após 10 dias e ngm sabia onde estava o resultado do exame. Foram várias ligações, conversas de Whatsapp sem resposta, ligações sem retorno, até acharem o exame e marcarem meu retorno quase 3 meses após a primeira consulta. Hoje, quando fiz o retorno, solicitei que fosse feito pedido para exames de sangue e fui informada que teria que pagar outra consulta pois a primeira dra deveria ter pedido e não pediu, então só me restava pagar outra consulta para conseguir os pedidos.
Não gostei e não volto mais.
Unfortunately it was not good. I made an appointment where a sample was taken for a pap smear and there was a succession of errors. First they sent it to the lab not sure my plan covered it. They didn't ask me, they didn't even call the operator to find out. As the laboratory did not cover the exam, it was returned and I only found out because I called to see if it was ready. After payment and resending to the laboratory, I called again after 10 days and nobody knew where the test result was. There were several calls, unanswered Whatsapp conversations, calls without return, until they found the exam and scheduled my return almost 3 months after the first appointment. Today, when I returned, I requested that an order be made for blood tests and I was informed that I would have to pay for another appointment because the first dr should have asked and not asked, so I only had to pay another appointment to get the orders.
I didn't like it and won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li os comentários e mesmo assim resolvi dar uma chance a Clinica Dr. Buritis pela praticidade de ter várias especialidades num lugar só e fui surpreendia pelo atendimento e profissionalismo do lugar. Marquei a consulta por telefone, para mim e milha filha, no mesmo dia e horário porém em especialidades diferentes. Não teve nenhum contratempos de espera, eu fomos atendida dentro do horário,( com 5 minutos de atraso ) pela médica, Dra. Ludmila, e milha filha ( uns 10 minutos adiantada ) pelo Dermatologista Dr. Bernardo . A médica Dra Ludmila é ótima, super atenciosa, bem educada, me examinou toda . Adorei essa médica !! Milha filha me disse que amou o Dr. Bernado. Superou nossas expectativas da clínica . Não tive nenhum problema com a recepção, alias pelo contrário, super atenciosos e treinados. Com certeza voltarei. Lá é ótimo, pois tem especialidades que a gente precisa, num lugar só ! Parabéns a toda equipe
I read the comments and even so I decided to give Clinica Dr. Buritis a chance for the convenience of having several specialties in one place and I was surprised by the service and professionalism of the place. I made the appointment by phone, for myself and my daughter, on the same day and time, but in different specialties. There were no delays in waiting, I was seen on time (5 minutes late) by the doctor, Dr. Ludmila, and daughter (about 10 minutes early) by the Dermatologist Dr. Bernardo. The doctor Dr Ludmila is great, super attentive, well educated, she examined me all over. I loved this doctor!! My daughter told me that she loved Dr. Bernardo. It exceeded our expectations of the clinic. I had no problem with the reception, on the contrary, they were super attentive and trained. I will definitely come back. It's great there, because there are specialties that we need, in one place! Congratulations to the whole team
