★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência na clínica localizada no piso L4 do shopping PATTEO. Você paga plano de saúde particular na expectativa de ter uma experiência melhor com atendimento e tratamento de saúde, mas chega na unidade no horário marcado com documentos, exames e inclusive com dores para marcar uma cirurgia e o médico cirurgião simplesmente vai embora e não lhe atende. A recepção não informa que o mesmo foi embora. Soube que ele tinha ido embora porque vi a mulher da limpeza limpando seu consultório e fui perguntar diretamente a ela aonde o médico estava. Quando fui perguntar às recepcionista, foi que ela notou a sua ausência e o máximo que pode fazer por mim foi remarcar a consulta pra outro dia. Total descaso com o paciente que está doente, precisando marcar cirurgia urgente, correndo risco de vida . Estarei fazendo uma reclamação formal às rede d'or São Luiz e ao plano de saúde.

When I went to ask the receptionists, she noticed your absence and the most she could do for me was to reschedule the appointment for another day. Total disregard for the patient who is sick, needing to schedule urgent surgery, at the risk of life. I will be making a formal complaint to the São Luiz network and the health plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E um ótimo atendimento, internação, e UTI, muito bom, assistência ao paciente, e ao acompanhante, higiene e alimentação. Tudo bom. O ponto fraco era a falta de internet nem pra chamar um Uber dava. Agora colocaram uma internet que funciona.
