★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Felipe ortopedista mal olha pra sua cara. Eu com muita dor no braço, desconfio que seja tendinite. Nao bateu raio x muito menos imobilizou e nao quis nem me da o dia,ou seja, trabalho no telefone e no computador. Como posso desempenhar meu trabalho com essa dor insuportável. Falta de respeito com o paciente. Parece até que estamos pedindo favor. Nao pretendo voltar nunca mais nesse local e se eu for em algum consultorio e for ele me retiro na hora. Lamentável!
 Dr. Felipe orthopedist barely looks at your face. I have a lot of pain in my arm, I suspect it's tendonitis. He didn't do an x-ray, much less immobilize him and he didn't even want to give me the day, that is, I work on the phone and on the computer. How can I do my job with this unbearable pain. Lack of respect for the patient. It looks like we're asking for a favor. I never intend to return to this place and if I go to some consulting room and go there, I'll leave immediately. Unfortunate!

Terrible phone service, when making an appointment and paying is easy but when it comes to knowing if the exam is ready, it's a delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Marcado exame de RM hj, dia 11/04/22. Minha mãe tem 84 anos. Pedimos para recepcionista algum tipo de satisfação e a mesma no celular de cara feia, foi se arrastando para saber quantas pessoas ainda estavan na frente dela. Horário do exame 17h, entrou para realizar às 19:40h.
Nenhum responsável para informar aos clientes o motivo da demora. Nenhum respeito.
Bad experience. Scheduled MRI exam today, 04/11/22. My mother is 84 years old. We asked the receptionist for some kind of satisfaction and the same one on the cell phone with an ugly face, was dragging herself to know how many people were still in front of her. Exam time 5:00 pm, entered to perform at 7:40 pm.
No responsibility to inform customers of the reason for the delay. No respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para clínica e fui informada que os exames que eu precisava fazer eles não realizavam, mesmo com autorização do plano de saúde. Liguei para o plano para reclamar e menos de 10 min os “tal exames” que não eram realizados na clínica foram marcados. Resumindo, a mal vontade de trabalhar é nítida pelas atendentes.
I called the clinic and was informed that the exams I needed to do they did not perform, even with authorization from the health plan. Quando vc liga vc entende q a consulta é hr marcada, chegando aki, uma fila enorme, na chuva, fiquei pasma com a quantidade de idosos na fila, sem ter o direito de prioridade respeitado! Na recepção tem um papel com o horário q supostamente a médica começaria a atender, q seria às 8hrs,mas a mesma só chegou na clínica mais de 10:30...o mínimo q se espera de uma clínica particular é organização, e isso não existe aki
Customer service is terrible!
When you call, you understand that the appointment is scheduled, arriving here, a huge line, in the rain, I was amazed at the number of elderly people in line, without having the right of priority respected! At the reception there is a paper with the time that the doctor would supposedly start attending, which would be at 8 am, but she only arrived at the clinic after 10:30... the least that is expected of a private clinic is organization, and that doesn't exist here
