★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora no atendimento,falta de gente capacitada na recepção,cheguei às 7:00 da manhã,meu horário era as 9:00,só fui atendida as 12:15,isso pq reclamei,briguei pelo fato de paciente mais jovem,com horário mais tarde que o meu já ter sido atendida e eu ainda aguardava no local. Quanto ao atendimento dos técnicos de enfermagem e do médico que realizaram meu procedimento foi ótimo.
Delay in attendance, lack of trained people at the reception, I arrived at 7:00 am, my time was 9:00, I was only attended at 12:15 pm, because I complained, I fought over the fact that I was a younger patient, with more hours late that mine has already been attended to and I was still waiting on the spot. As for the care provided by the nursing technicians and the doctor who performed my procedure, it was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcar uma endoscopia de uma paciente para 11:20 e manter o mesmo com 10 horas de jejum absoluto sendo que agora são 13:29 e até o momento não chamaram a paciente para a realização do exame é no mínimo descaso e falta de organização bem como planejamento da agenda.
Não recomendo, não faço nenhum exame nessa empresa mais.
Absurdo é pouco para definir o ocorrido.
Os funcionários da recepção atendem super bem e o ambiente é agradável, porém a execução é como descrevi acima.
To schedule an endoscopy of a patient for 11:20 am and keep it with 10 hours of absolute fasting, now it is 1:29 pm and so far they haven't called the patient for the exam is at least neglect and lack of organization as well as schedule planning.
