★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, o lugar que fica o gato tem um janela para rua barulho deixando o gato desconfortável, a veterinária ficava querendo fazer exames desnecessário para aquele momento. Disse que meu gato não estava comendo sugeriu uma sonda... passou uns dias eu resolvi e tirei meu gato e transferi para outra clínica e ele comeu lá na outra clínica até filmaram para me mostrar.
Não indico e não volto lá nunca mais. Ficou evidente que o mais importante ali é vender serviço, segurar o paciente o maior tempo possível e não em resolver .
Bad service, the place where the cat is located has a window facing the street noise, making the cat uncomfortable, the veterinarian kept wanting to do unnecessary tests for that moment. He said my cat wasn't eating, he suggested a probe... a few days later I decided to take my cat and transfer it to another clinic and he ate there at the other clinic, they even filmed it to show me.
I do not indicate and I will never go back there. It was evident that the most important thing there is to sell the service, hold the patient for as long as possible and not resolve.

A veterinária não teve a mínima paciência com o animal, tratou super mal, ainda levou para uma sala separada e eu só escutava os gritos do bichinho, depois recebi ele machucado, nem força pra morder ou reagir ela tem, não precisava forçar nada. Foi um absurdo! Meu amigo já tinha me alertado sobre isso com o animal dele também, porém na hora do desespero foi o único lugar que pensei na hora, nunca mais volto!! Não recomendo para ninguém.
Terrible attendance! The vet didn't have the slightest patience with the animal, she treated it super badly, she even took it to a separate room and I could only hear the animal's cries, then I received it hurt, she didn't even have the strength to bite or react, she didn't need to force anything. It was absurd! My friend had already warned me about this with his animal too, but at the time of despair it was the only place I thought of at the time, I will never go back!! I don't recommend it to anyone.
