★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 20/12/2021 segunda feira agora, fui com meu filho pra ser atendido, umas 21:30h chegamos lá e as 22:50 foi atendido pelo médico. Graças à Deus foi tudo muito tranquilo. Atendimento bom. Obrigada à todos desse plantão e um Feliz Natal e Ano Novo repleto de paz e muita saúde. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi horrível, no dia 26/11/21 fui com meu irmão que não estava se sentindo bem, com dor de cabeça forte à quase três dias, a pressão dele aumentou um pouco. O atendimento foi péssimo, um senhor estava na parte de fazer a ficha com um caderno. Só pra fazer a ficha esperamos quase três horas. Após fazer a ficha meu irmão entrou para esperar atendimento, passamos a manhã lá para quando chegar o atendimento do meu irmão a médica ou enfermeira não o que é , atendeu meu irmão com um médico Caio. Nessa hora meu irmão estava sozinho pois eu não podia acompanhá-lo pois o permitido é só se o paciente for criança ou idoso. Na hora do atendimento a tal da Médica ou enfermeira perguntou se meu irmão tinha fumado" uma". Eu devolvo a pergunta acho que ela fumou "uma" antes de atender as pessoas. Pois não é possível esperamos muito pra quando chega na hora ela perguntar isso. Péssimos profissionais. Não deveriam estar ali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho problema cardíaco e tive uma consulta agendada. Aguardei mais de 35 dias pela consulta e ao chegar na dara e horário marcado, a recepcionista me informa que deve ter tido algum erro, pois marcaram minha consulta com uma enfermeira e que ela nem presente na unidade estava. Me perguntou se poderia remarcar a consulta meados de janeiro, eu disse que gostaria de ser atendido pois já vinha me sentindo mal tinha muito tempo...ela fez cara feia e me pediu pra aguardar no corredor...fui até o corredor e depois de 1 hr fui chamado. Não existia meu diagnóstico, e a médica estava perdida...além disso uma funcionária com o cabelo roxo horrível é super mal educada e grosseira, não tem menor condição de trabalhar com publico e muito menos tem um pingo de educação ou consideração por quem está passando mal. Entendemos que a saúde no país é precária, mas sinceramente, não achei que seria tão ruim quanto essa clinica cesar perneta...a administração tá de parabéns pelo péssimo trabalho realizado. Deveriam todos mudar de profissão pois não estão ali para fazer o melhor na profissão que os remunera

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, estive primeiramente no Hospital Municipal Sábado Filho, sala de triagem, três funcionários sentadas, dizendo que o Atendimento é para trauma, quem está sangrando, encaminhou para o PAM, chegando lá depois de 3 horas, e ouvir muita confusão entre os pacientes em espera, muitas agressões verbais, e a fila se espera não andava, todos pacientes sentido dores no corpo, muitos sem máscaras, agora pergunto, onde o povo vai se tratar? Salgado Filho é pra quem está baleado, a população não é prioridade, PAM não funciona, pois hoje Sábado de aleluia não tinha raio X, nem exame de sangue, e a população fica a deriva, pois não há prioridade pra que está com Muita dor e é idoso, a saúde do povo não existe neste município do Rio de Janeiro.

Fernando portadora do CRM 52.53169- .. foi completamente negligente, levei um paciente com uma amigdalite horrível horrível fase inicial e ela nem se quer olhou a garganta no paciente, queria medicar e disse que não daria o dia de trabalho, o paciente passou a noite inteira com febre alta e sem conseguir se alimentar direito estando fraco de tonteira e ela simplesmente ignorou, não fez nenhuma avaliação. Pra mim isso é um absurdo, nem se quer olhar a agarganta, não pode entrar acompanhante pra eles fazerem o que querem com o doente, a garganta extremamente branca uma clara infecção e foi mandado para o trabalho noturno com o público como recepcionista, sem nem ter força de se alimentar. Esse negócio de manter funcionário público no cargo até a morte tá muito errado, o Bradil precisa d médicos humanitários com urgência, médicos que ao menos façam o mínimo que é avaliar o paciente antes de tacar qualquer remédio.
