Pela primeira vez , vi uma situação onde a população foi mal educada e grosseira com os atendentes públicos. Fiquei com vergonha dos idosos que estavam em uma fila de espera, gritando, e fazendo coro de chingamentos peo motivo de uma das atendentes ter saído para cumprir o horário de almoço. Uma triste cena, a população idosa ,que deveria nos mostrar exemplo de tolerância e respeito, fazendo o contrário. Muito triste ver os atendentes sendo humilhado.

Extremamente mal tratada , humilhada, destratada com uma senhora de 88 anos com síndrome demêncial, interditada que nem sabe que está na pandemia Não deixou como sempre deixou sair com minha,sogra sem andar no estacionamento, diz que deu a cadeira. Extremamente grossa , agressiva , reclamei com a diretora e com a Magna Segurança terceirizada dessa segurança em específica que não quis dar o nome é escondeu o crachá no uniforme. Uma pessoa extremamente grossa estúpida, que não trata um idoso doente síndrome demêncial que mal anda deu uma cadeira pior que tinha e fez pouco caso. A 20 anos moro aqui e vacino aqui . A 1° vez que minha sogra foi Extremamente mal tratada, humilhada pel segurança. Reclamei com a diretora e com a Magna sobre essa funcionaria que não sabe lidar com público e o maltrata

Hoje eu fui marcar consulta de retorno para o meu pai, cheguei na unidade estava vazio e sem atendimento. O funcionário explicou que por causa da nova onda da covid os atendimentos foram suspensos pelo prefeito até segunda ordem. Entrei no site da prefeitura e não tem nenhuma informação a respeito.

90 % das pessoas que atendem são ótimas. Mas os espaços interno são muito pequeno. Pessoas para fazer teste de covid todas amontoados, juntos com pessoas para serem atentidas em outras areas. Na vacinação, as pessoas ficam nas filas no sol, seja idoso, deficiente. A PREFEITURA deveria aumentar e dividir melhor os setores , espaço tem de sobra.

Quando em 2008-2009 quebrei de grana e dois anos antes fiquei sem plano Bradesco. Tive de ir em médicos e fazer exames. Os médicos as vezes levam o mesmo tempo que o plano. Tá bom - um pouco mais, sempre fui bem atendido, fiz exames de sangue, ultra sonografia, ressonância e até ligavam pra mim e mandavam SMS confirmando. Essas ultras e ressonâncias tb levavam um tempo razoável pela quantidade da população. Fui em todos os lugares bem atendido. Tomei todas as vacinas de adulto no posto, levei pessoas pra tomar, tomei hoje da covid e um médico me disse, na verdade questionei: porque o povo reclama do atendimento e demora. Demora mesmo é muita gente, no plano tb demora. O atendimento dos médicos foram nota 10 e perguntei porque estavam me tratando tão bem. Afinal estava ali como os outros. Disse que era a forma de falar, explicar, a forma de chegar, perguntar, agradecer , falar - aí o médico e o servidores são bem tratados por mim ( gentileza gera gentileza ). Levei uma 2 horas pra tomar a vacina , é assim mesmo muita gente no mundo demora mesmo ainda mais fazendo tudo muito bem feito! - 15/09/21 - pessoal da vacina 100% Pessoal do atendimento do posto ( lá dentro ) meio estressado - 28/09/21 - a segurança da Magna Segurança extremamente soberba, altiva, arrogante , trata mal senhora de 88 com síndrome demencial e interditada que nem sabe que está numa pandemia. A nota continua 5 porque foi algo pontual com essa segurança da Magna nesses 50 anos que tenho e 48 de Recreio - 03/01/22 1° dia util do ano e eu e esposa tomamos a 3° dose vacina COVID. O de sempre e que não tem o que fazer: fila grande, cerca de 1:30 h pra tomar vacina - normal sempre é assim. Pessoal da vacina foi bem pontual. Esposa tomou 02 Astra então falaram: - vc na 3° é Pfizer Eu tomei 02 Pfizer então falaram vc é Astra. Fiz uma pergunta sobre gostaria de tomar a Jansen ( não pode ) e se cada vacinadora era uma vacina Olha: eu durante 50 anos já fiz perguntas a conhecidos que tive de perguntar 05 vezes e não me responderam. Quando fiz a pergunta perguntaram o que? Como foi ? Aí fiz a pergunta denovo mas sabiam já parte da pergunta e com a pressa normal me responderam direitinho e com toda gentileza e educação. Quem deu a vacina já está condicionada e faz todos os trâmites normais. Notei que sempre tem vacinadoras que são mais rápidas e atendem mais pessoas. Naquele 30 segundos nada a reclamar. Na pressa foi gentil e educada. Dessa vez fui lá dentro do posto e perguntei se podiam me dar a carteira do SUS. A moça da BEIRA-RIO me fez umas perguntas, pediu pra eu esperar e veio com a impressão do meu número do SUS pra por na minha identidade. Fiquei todo feliz. Obrigado menina. Satisfeito 05 estrelas como regra

Péssimo! Desconsideração total com quem está com sintomas... vai fazer teste de covid? Tragam cadeira e guarda sol.. pq vai ficar mais de 3hs e meia em pé no sol antes de entrar no recinto coberto.
Terrible! Total disregard for those who have symptoms... will you take a covid test? Bring a chair and umbrella.. because you will be standing in the sun for more than 3 and a half hours before entering the covered area.

I am a displaced gringoe and had moved from Copacabana to Recreio...I speak very little Portuguese and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and helpful young lady named Marcella...and didnt get the other woman at the desks name.but both were helpful in getting me an appt with a doctor to get my prescriptions refilled...I had to return on Monday to see the Doctor...the one lady that i didnt get her name gave me a fist bump and a thumbs up...while I am acustomed to waiting...I was then received by a Drs Intern named Maria who spoke fluent English while with the doctor and took care of all my questions and refilled my medications...and even walked me to the pharmacy...This clinic is by far and the best clinic I have been to while living in Brasil.. from North to South. I've read many reviews that havent been favorable about this place...but i liked the service and the staff was great...!!! Thanks for helping a poor old man that needed help!!!
