★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O barato Sai caro! Tive que mexer em vários dentes ( restauração) havia dois que não me incomodava tanto porém falaram que precisava urgente de uma restauração. Eu fiz, agora estou com uma dor insuportável e depois de meses, fui em outro dentista e vou ter que fazer um canal, que se tivessem feito a restauração certinho não teria dado problema. O dente está fechado, a restauração foi profunda, e agora da onde tiro o dinheiro para fazer o canal?
 The cheap Gets expensive! I had to tinker with several teeth (restoration) there were two that didn't bother me so much, but they said I urgently needed a restoration. I did it, now I'm in unbearable pain and after months, I went to another dentist and I'll have to have a root canal, which if the restoration had been done correctly wouldn't have been a problem. The tooth is closed, the restoration went deep, and now where do I get the money to make the canal?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou dentista e pude olhar de dentro o jeito que esta clinica é.....trabalhei fazendo implante por 2 meses e já foi o suficiente para pedir as contas....além da clinica não ter materiais de boa qualidade, o relacionamento com o laboratório de protese ou equipes tercerizadas, não funciona!!! Os trabalhos sempre atrasam....prometem 1000coisas na hora do orçamento, e nao conseguem entregar....nós dentistas, temos que falar essa situação chata para o paciente,porém, isto é culpa da administração da clinica. Você paciente, passe longe!!! Você que é dentista e quer trabalhar na COP, passe longe também....são extremamente difíceis com pagamento e não dão a minima para você profissional e paciente. Estou agora apenas lutando pelo meu dinheiro , e está bem difícil. Mas não vou desistir, porque eles estão ricos com dinheiro dos pacientes e de funcionários que deixam de pagar. Absurdo.

Fazem orçamento e aumentam os valores a cada oportunidade. São arrogantes, não tratam bem o cliente, já fiquei mais de 2h de espera para NÃO ser atendido. Isso porque o tratamento foi pago com antecedência. Já fui ao PROCON e estamos as vias de uma audiência para tentar resolver a finalização do tratamento. Tratamento dentário é caro, é triste pagarmos para sermos mal atendidos e sem prazo de atendimento. O dentista da vez teve coragem de olhar para mim e dizer que me atenderia quando pudesse, sendo que meu horário estava agendado há mais de 30 dias de antecedência. Cheguei um pouco antes das 13h e saí de lá às 16 sem atendimento. Ao que parece, o "doutor" é seletivo em seu atendimento. CUIDADO! O golpe está aí, cai quem quer.

They budget and increase values at every opportunity. They are arrogant, they don't treat the customer well, I've had more than 2 hours of waiting to NOT be served. This is because the treatment was paid for in advance. I have already been to PROCON and we are in the process of having a hearing to try to resolve the completion of the treatment. Dental treatment is expensive, it's sad to pay to be poorly attended and without a deadline. The dentist at the time had the courage to look at me and say that he would see me when he could, given that my appointment was scheduled more than 30 days in advance. I arrived a little before 1 pm and left there at 4 pm without service. Apparently, the "doctor" is selective in his care. WATCH OUT! The blow is there, fall whoever wants to.
