★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um descaso com atendimento, marcam horário e não comprem com tal, fiz um agendamento para colocação de coroa, me ligaram desmarcando meu atendimento que seria no dia 30 de novembro falando que iria atrasar pro meu molde chegar e me pediram pra esperar até o dia 10 de dezembro, eu fico esperando o retorno deles até que no dia 18 entro em contato pra saber a demora, alegaram que trocaram meu molde pelo de outro, mas mesmo assim passado o primeiro prazo não me ligaram me dando um retorno, quando marcam horário não atende, no horário marcado e diz que é por ordem... Totalmente indignado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O estabelecimento cumpre as regras sanitárias do governo e limpo higiênico e organizado e as atendentes tem uma visão empática para com os clientes, devo ressaltar que o atendimento na parte do aparelho ortodôntico e fantástico nota 10 em especial a Dra Bianca. Já presenciei o gerente resolvendo algum conflito outro ponto positivo foi resolvido com exito e rapidez. Não mais só tenho a recomendação dessa empresa.
