★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo! No agendamento é um mês para conseguir pisar na clínica, quando chega o bendito dia e horário marcado é mais uma, duas, três horas aguardando para ser atendido. Leve lanche e filme para assistir pois vai perder uma manhã ou tarde inteira neste lugar.

Da recepção ao profissional médico pediátrico.
Horário da consulta não é obedecido.
Pacientes de “primeira vez” (pagante) tem atendimento diferenciado.
Pacientes agendados como retorno são constrangidos pelas recepcionistas e médico.
Não retornarei ao local.
Também não recomendarei a ninguém.
Most embarrassing service of my life!
From reception to pediatric medical professional.
Appointment hours are not obeyed.
“First time” (paying) patients receive differentiated care.
Patients scheduled for return visits are constrained by the receptionists and the doctor.
I will not return to the site.
I won't recommend it to anyone either.

Very full, hot. Time is scheduled, but not respected. Bring food for your child. I came twice and gave up. I'll look for another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento dessa clínica é péssimo.. levam 3.. 4 dias pra começar a marcar uma consulta no whats.. pra ir marcando por mais 3 .. 4 dias e as vezes deixam incompleta.. não dizem a hora q está marcada a consulta.. muita irresponsabilidade dos atendentes e chegando lá é um século pra ser atendido.. só ainda consulto minha filha lá pq gosto da doutora Giovana..
The service at this clinic is terrible.. it takes 3.. 4 days to start making an appointment on whats.. to make an appointment for another 3.. 4 days and sometimes they leave incomplete.. they don't say the time the appointment is scheduled .. a lot of irresponsibility on the part of the attendants and getting there it takes a century to be attended.. I still see my daughter there because I like Dr. Giovana..

Horrible service, the worst I've ever seen! There is no return! My daughter has been rescheduling her appointment at the CD since February, with the excuse that the doctor is sick, she's unavailable, there's always something... they don't even deserve this single star!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!
