Terrible attendance. Employees don't even know what they're doing there. It was easier by an inflatable doll. It would be more helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de um atendimento TERRÍVEL no Agiliza Campinas - Campo Grande (um perfeito exemplo do que NÃO fazer quando se fala em atendimento ao público), tive a sorte de ser atendida pela Juliana no CPAT do Centro, muito simpática e paciente para dar orientações!
Obrigada Juliana, o bom atendimento faz toda diferença!
After a TERRIBLE service at Agiliza Campinas - Campo Grande (a perfect example of what NOT to do when it comes to customer service), I was lucky to be served by Juliana at the CPAT do Centro, who was very friendly and patient to give directions!

Que apoio é esse que fiquei 3 dias ligando direto e ninguém atende. Palhaçada!!
E o pior de tudo é que os únicos lugares para tirarmos informações não atende. Que esse número do cepat e o 158

What support is this that I stayed 3 days calling direct and no one answers. Bullshit!!
And the worst of all is that the only places to get information don't answer. That this cepat number is 158

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que fiquei bem triste pq peguei um encaminhamento para uma entrevista marcado para às 10:00 no anúncio dizia 20 vagas, além dos entrevistadores chegarem atrasados disseram que não havia nenhuma daquelas 20 vagas, então fiquei frustradissima, muito decepcionada.
I confess that I was very sad because I got a referral for an interview scheduled for 10:00 in the ad it said 20 vacancies, in addition to the interviewers arriving late they said there were none of those 20 vacancies, so I was very frustrated, very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engraçado que se chama apoio ao trabalhador, mas que não oferece nenhum tipo de apoio ou suporte.
Primeiramente colocam um número, que ninguém nunca se quer atendeu. Segundo o horário diz até 16:30, porém fui até lá 15:30 o portão já estava fechado, e quando questionei o guarda que fica na porta, qual o horário de atendimento, o mesmo foi super ríspido comigo? Perguntou o que eu precisava, como se eu estivesse de alguma forma atrapalhando.
Eu acredito que o desemprego está aí, e muita gente tá querendo apenas uma oportunidade, só acho que deveriam selecionar melhor, pois é atendimento ao público, logo saber conversar com pessoas é o essencial. Até agora estou sem solução do meu problema, pois não existe um canal específico pra me ajudar. Péssimo!!!!!!
Funny that it's called worker support, but it doesn't offer any kind of support or support.
First they put a number, which no one ever wants to answer. According to the time, it says until 4:30 pm, but I went there at 3:30 pm the gate was already closed, and when I asked the guard who is at the door, what are the opening hours, he was super harsh with me? Asked what I needed, as if I was somehow getting in the way.
I believe that unemployment is there, and a lot of people are just looking for an opportunity, I just think they should select better, because it's public service, so knowing how to talk to people is essential. So far I have no solution to my problem, because there is no specific channel to help me. Terrible!!!!!!
