★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou revoltada com essa instituição, ninguém consegue me ajudar direto ter uma resposta, vim de uma outra faculdade estou no terceiro semestre eles me jogaram pro primeiro, paguei um boleto e logo em seguida mandaram outro boleto, ninguém consegue me informar direito, não recomendo, a Estácio de SP é maravilhosa mais de Ribeirão Preto só por Deus, triste isso.
 I'm disgusted with this institution, no one can help me directly to get an answer, I came from another college I'm in the third semester they threw me for the first one, I paid a ticket and then they sent another ticket, no one can tell me right, I don't recommend it, Estácio de SP is wonderful more than Ribeirão Preto, for God's sake, that's sad.

se o aluno quiser falar direto na instituição tem que ligar na central e de lá eles te passam um numero que ou não existe ou não atende.
simply UNCOMMUNICABLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faculdade bem bagunçada, coordenadora do curso não atende os alunos, teoricamente as aulas começaram já tem 3 semanas e toda semana troca de professor. No atendimento, tanto por telefone, quanto presencial ninguém resolve nada, falam q é responsabilidade da coordenadora, porém sem sucesso, a mesma que sempre está ativa no grupo de calouros do WhatsApp diz que tem muitos alunos pra cuidar, talvez então ela precise de um assistente, sei lá, além de alunos, somos consumidores, clientes, e o que me parece, é que a Estácio não tem comprometimento com os clientes, se o boleto está pago, então... está tudo certo.
Very messy college, course coordinator doesn't serve students, theoretically classes started 3 weeks ago and every week changes teachers. In the service, both by phone and in person, nobody solves anything, they say that it is the coordinator's responsibility, but without success, the same one who is always active in the WhatsApp freshman group says that she has many students to take care of, maybe then she needs a assistant, I don't know, in addition to students, we are consumers, customers, and what seems to me is that Estácio has no commitment to customers, if the bill is paid, then... it's all right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima faculdade, lança uma arapuca no Primeiro semestre com descontos na mensalidade depois à partir do segundo semestre a mensalidade dobra ou até mesmo triplica. Faz aulas online com 1 professor e mais de 300 alunos para diluir o custo, dando desculpa da pandemia!!

No dia 20/04/2022 eu consultei meus boletos pelo app Estácio e também pelo SIA e constava um boleto com vencimento para o dia 10/05/2022.
Realizei o pagamento no dia 20/04/2022 às 08:05h conforme comprovante que anelídeo via WhatsApp para a Atendende Nayara do Polo Lagoinha/Ribeirão Preto-SP no valor de R$ 185,98.
No dia 22/04/2022 às 06:45h entrei no app Estácio para verificar se o boleto que paguei no dia 20/04/2022 às 08:05h já havia sido liquidado e ele simplesmente havia sumido do App e do SIA, como se nunca tivesse existido.
Então eu enviei um Whatsapp a Nayara e informei o ocorrido e ela viu o comprovante que enviei e disse que iria esperar mês que vem.
Hoje 26/04/2022 às 06:32h entrei de novo no APP Estácio para verificar se o boleto havia voltado e dado como liquidado, tive mais uma surpresa.
Consta em aberto outro boleto com vencimento para o dia 10/05/2022 no valor de R$ 105,43.
Se o boleto referente a Maio é de R$ 105,43 e eu paguei um boleto no valor de R$ 185,98 que também vencia no dia 10/05/2022. Eu exijo o reembolso de R$ 80,55. A atendente Carla disse pra eu me virar e abrir requerimento no SIA.
Sem suporte, cobrança indevida!
Unfortunately, I am a student at Estacio and I bring my vast experience here:
On the 20/04/2022 I consulted my tickets through the Estácio app and also through the SIA and there was a ticket due on the 10/05/2022.
I made the payment on 04/20/2022 at 08:05h according to proof that annelid via WhatsApp to Atendende Nayara do Polo Lagoinha/Ribeirão Preto-SP in the amount of R$ 185.98.
On 04/22/2022 at 06:45h I entered the Estácio app to check if the ticket I paid on 04/20/2022 at 08:05h had already been settled and it had simply disappeared from the App and SIA, as if would never have existed.
So I sent a Whatsapp to Nayara and informed her what happened and she saw the receipt I sent and said she would wait next month.
Today 26/04/2022 at 06:32h I entered the Estácio APP again to check if the boleto had returned and declared it settled, I had one more surprise.
There is an open ticket with maturity on 05/10/2022 in the amount of R$ 105.43.
If the bill for May is BRL 105.43 and I paid a bill for BRL 185.98 that also expired on 05/10/2022. I demand a refund of BRL 80.55. The attendant Carla told me to turn around and file an application with the SIA.
No support, improper charge!
