Participei de um evento e não tinha projetor fixo na sala, nem notebook/computador. Além disso, a claridade das janelas dificultava a visualização da apresentação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram 5 anos onde recebi o melhor de cada professor. São mestres atenciosos sempre dispostos a nos ajudar. E essa tradicional instituição fica num doa melhores pontos da cidade. Quanto ao curso que escolhi, simplesmente é nota 4 no Enade. Não precisa dizer mais nada.
It was 5 years where I received the best from each teacher. They are caring teachers always willing to help us. And this traditional institution is located in one of the best spots in the city. As for the course I chose, it is simply grade 4 on Enade. You do not need to say another word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ótima universidade, porem suporte 0 para ajudar o aluno, 0 suporte do coordenador do meu curso, 0 empatia com o aluno em trocar data de pagamento sendo que só se recebe 5° dia útil e querem que pagamos ate dia 5 de cada mês. Notas mal postadas dês do 1° período não ajustam a nota.
great university, but 0 support to help the student, 0 support from the coordinator of my course, 0 empathy with the student in changing the payment date as you only get the 5th business day and they want us to pay by the 5th of each month. Badly posted grades from the 1st period do not adjust the grade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em resposta ao proprietário, que me responde ?, já fiz todos os emails possíveis. No dia 12 de abril me responderam, em cópia, encaminhando o problema para outro setor e ninguém me informa um prazo, uma previsão, nada! A funcionária que me atendeu, via telefone, não conseguia nem me informar nada, me passou um email errado, no qual deveria encaminhar, novamente, toda solicitação e esse email foi encaminhado para outro setor. Enfim, nada resolvido! Também já encaminhei para esse email informando, nada!
Gostaria muito de uma solução concreta para meu problema.
Estou tentando, desde 8 de fevereiro, a segunda via de um documento, já entrei em contato via telefone e nada, fiz várias solicitações via emails diversos e nada, fiz reclamação na ouvidoria e nem resposta obtive. Se algum ser iluminado, que trabalhe na instituição e tiver a compaixão para me ajudar. Estou na hora de ir até BH para tentar resolver meu problema pq por outros métodos é impossível. Pela misericórdia alguém me ajuda!!!!

The employee who answered me, via phone, couldn't even tell me anything, she gave me a wrong email, in which I should forward, again, every request and this email was forwarded to another sector. Anyway, nothing resolved! I also forwarded it to this email stating, nothing!
I would really like a concrete solution to my problem.
I've been trying, since February 8, the duplicate of a document, I've already contacted via phone and nothing, I made several requests via different emails and nothing, I complained to the ombudsman and I didn't get a response. If any enlightened being, let him work in the institution and have the compassion to help me. It's time to go to BH to try to solve my problem because other methods are impossible. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só estou dando 1 estrela, pois não tem a opção de dar nenhuma. Péssima faculdade, meu maior arrependimento foi ter dado entrada na matrícula para iniciar meu curso. No começo, me instruíram para fazer a matrícula do curso que eu queria, me deram todos os acessos das aulas, fiz o pagamento, me deram vários documentos para assinar, e quando faltava APENAS 2 dias para as aulas começarem, me ligaram para dizer que não abriram aula para o meu curso, e detalhe, eu já havia adquirido todo o material didático.
Achei uma falta de respeito e consideração com aluno, e uma frustração IMENSA. NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA FACULDADE PARA NINGUÉM.
I'm only giving 1 star as there is no option to give none. Terrible college, my biggest regret was having signed up to start my course. At first, they instructed me to register for the course I wanted, they gave me all the access to the classes, I made the payment, they gave me several documents to sign, and when it was ONLY 2 days before classes started, they called me to say that they didn't open classes for my course, and detail, I had already acquired all the teaching material.
I found a lack of respect and consideration for the student, and an IMMENSE frustration. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACULTY TO ANYONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita falta de organização, paguei a matrícula do curso, paguei a primeira mensalidade, e um final de semana antes das aulas começaram me mandaram um e-mail dizendo que a turma não seria aberta. Devido a promessa dos responsáveis que eu estudaria lá, perdi a bolsa do ProUni em outra universidade e também do Fies. Fiz a solicitação de devolução do dinheiro no sábado mesmo, e até hoje não devovleram. O prazo deles acaba em três dias, se o dinheiro não for devolvido vou usar dos meus direitos.
A lot of lack of organization, I paid for the course registration, paid the first monthly fee, and one weekend before classes started they sent me an email saying that the class would not be open. Due to the promise of those responsible that I would study there, I lost the ProUni scholarship at another university and also the Fies. I applied for a refund on Saturday, and they still haven't returned it. Their term ends in three days, if the money is not returned I will use my rights.
