★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um dos meus cachorros para vacinação fui atendido na sala de espera, parecia que tava fazendo um favor pra mim , em outra ocasião solicitei exame de sangue de outro cachorro, que estava com colesterol alto e eu gostaria de verificar se ja havia baixado , o sr. "Veterinário " se negou e falou que só faria se ele achasse que tinha que fazer, isso mesmo um simples exame de sangue, o motivo aparentemente é porque ele queria que eu pagasse uma consulta+exame, sendo que a consulta provavelmente seria em menos de 2 min.
Se querem seu pet bem tratado vão a outro lugar.

If you want your pet treated well, go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, indiquei para uma amiga por ser perto de casa, ela levou um filhote de 6 meses, o pessoal dopou o cachorro, amarraram o focinho com um barbante, a "atendente" a todo momento dizendo que o Alexandre queria falar com a dona pra castrar o cachorro... É um filhote com apenas 6 meses, voltou de lá com as patas cheias de cortes entre os dedinhos, o testiculo raspado em carne viva, mancando, dopadissimo. Péssima exoeriencia de indicar e pior ainda de quem levou seu filhinho e voltou todo maxucado. NUNCA MAIS levo ou indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi que ele consultasse meu cachorro que era idoso. Ele passou um remédio que não adiantou nada. O cachorro continuava com dores. Ele simplesmente disse para eu deixar meu "filho" quieto num canto pq ele era velho. Achei um absurdo um veterinário dizer isso! Troquei de veterinário no mesmo dia!!! Fora a mãe dele que atendia com cortesia do "Seu Lunga". Péssimo e não indico nunca!!!

Os detalhes na toda higienica são ótimas: limpeza da orelha foi ótima, do bumbum a melhor feita até hoje em Natal e Parnamirim, as patinhas show de bola e esperamos que continue assim, pois mudamos das outras por falta de.continuidade. Recepção muito Boa, perguntou todos os detalhes de nossa cadelinha e ainda deram dicas interessantes. Somente o detalhe de colocar os lacinhos para prestar mais atenção aos pedidos e anotar. Voltaremos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui levar meu animalzinho para um consulta que sairia por 100 reais , na consulta ele aplicou uma injeção sem pergunta se permitia ou não , simplesmente fez , passou um antibiótico pra tomar em casa que e mesmo me vendeu por 40 reais ( se meu animal iria fazer um tratamento em casa pq da injeção? Sendo que ele não estava com dor ?) No final sai de lá pagando 280,00 achei um absurdo pq ele não foi claro , não tivemos uma boa recepção. Eu não volto mais lá justamente pelo atendimento . Imagina se eu só visse o dinheiro da consulta no momento , eu iria ficar muito constrangida.
