★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei consulta pra 14h45, pediram pra que eu chegasse no máximo 14h20. A minha senha pra falar com a primeira atendente foi chamada às 15h20. Quando finalmente pensei que seria atendido, ela informou que a médica havia cancelado o atendimento na parte da tarde. As atendentes/secretárias de agendamentos não me ligaram. Não mandaram mensagem pra avisar. Nem por Whatsapp. Nada !
 I scheduled a consultation for 2:45 pm, they asked me to arrive at the latest 2:20 pm. My password to speak to the first attendant was called at 3:20 pm. When I finally thought I'd be taken care of, she reported that the doctor had canceled her care in the afternoon. The appointment clerks did not call me. They did not send a message to warn. Not for Whatsapp. Anything !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone, chama chama e ninguém atende e quando atende, desligam na nossa cara ou cai a ligação, se o telefone mudoupor que não atualizam o site? Ninguém consegue entrar em contato com essa clínica, que coisa!
No one answers the phone, calls and no one answers and when they answer, they hang up on us or the call hangs up, if the phone has changed, why don't they update the site? Nobody can get in touch with this clinic, what a thing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcam horário e entopem a clínica por ordem de chegada, os pacientes ficam esperando horas e horas para atendimento. Graças a Deus conheci a Ecocardio e lá sou atendida com toda excelência desde a recepção!
They make appointments and clog the clinic on a first-come, first-served basis, patients are waiting hours and hours for service. Thank God I met Ecocardio and there I am served with all excellence from the reception!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone, dizem que é hora marcada e não tem compromisso com paciente. Precisa melhorar no atendimento, mas os médicos são excelentes, capacitados e educados.
Nobody answers the phone, they say it's an appointment and they don't have a commitment to the patient. It needs to improve in the service, but the doctors are excellent, trained and polite.
