★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheio de idosos e gestantes. CHEIO mesmo! 2 atendentes, 1 pra senha comum e 1 pra preferencial. Enquanto a que chamava comum atendeu 3 pessoas, a preferencial atendeu 1. Então muitas pessoas que não eram pref e chegaram depois de mim (grávida) foram atendidas bem antes. Enquanto estava aqui vi 2 pessoas indo embora pela demora e outras reclamando baixinho. Precisam melhorar a logística de atendimento urgente! Estou aguardando em jejum há 1h20 (e contando) pra fazer um exame que vou precisar ficar mais 3h em jejum tirando sangue.
Full of elderly and pregnant women. FULL indeed! 2 attendants, 1 for common password and 1 for preferred. While the one called common served 3 people, the preferential one served 1. So many people who were not pref and arrived after me (pregnant) were served much earlier. While I was here I saw 2 people leaving because of the delay and others complaining quietly. Need to improve the logistics of urgent care! I've been waiting fasting for 1h20 (and counting) to take a test that I'll need to stay another 3h fasting taking blood.
