★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aconteceu um problema durante o caminho para o exame e liguei avisando que iria atrasar uns 15mim.
Simplesmente me dispensaram não dão nenhuma tolerância para o cliente.
 There was a problem on the way to the exam and I called to say that I would be 15 minutes late.
They simply dismissed me and do not give any tolerance to the client.

I was well received by the departments and very well attended by the professionals who perform the radiographs. I was very anxious and Technician Fernando guided me step by step through the exams, making me feel calmer. I thank everyone and especially Mr. Fernando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles atrasam na entrega dos exames e não avisam, foi buscar duas vezes depois da data que me deram e não estavam prontos, resolvi mandar mensagem na terceira vez e adivinhem, mas um prazo. Não farei mais exames com eles.
They are late in delivering the exams and don't notify me, I went to pick them up twice after the date they gave me and they weren't ready, I decided to send a message the third time and guess what, but a deadline. I won't be doing any more tests with them.
