★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Fiquei mais de 6 meses esperando por uma avaliação para fazer canal, e por conta da demora tive que recorrer ao particular (nas redes credenciadas a demora é quase a mesma). Fora que quando precisei do serviço de urgência, cheguei ás 07:30 da manhã e fui informada de que o plantão já estava encerrado!
Terrible! I spent more than 6 months waiting for an evaluation to make a channel, and because of the delay I had to resort to the private (in accredited networks the delay is almost the same). Besides, when I needed the emergency service, I arrived at 07:30 in the morning and was informed that the shift was already closed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente imundo, não há segurança, atendimento péssimo, descaso com os contribuintes, não passam informações, os dentistas que fui fizeram um atendimento precários, só fizeram uma péssima limpeza e pediram um raio-x, não interessaram saber o motivo pelo qual estava lá. Pelo tanto que o contribuinte paga deveríamos ao menos ser respeitados.
Filthy environment, there is no security, poor service, neglect of taxpayers, no information is given, the dentists I went to had a poor service, just did a bad cleaning and asked for an x-ray, they did not care to know the reason why I was there. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao contrário de muitos comentários aqui, eu fui muito bem atendida. Levei meus dois filhos hoje na odontopediatria. Dra Beatriz, excelente profissional, educada e atenciosa com os pais e com as crianças. Adorei??? atendeu pontualmente também.
Contrary to many comments here, I was very well attended. I took my two children today to pediatric dentistry. Dra Beatriz, excellent professional, polite and attentive to parents and children. I loved it, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço é bom mas o atendimento para marcação de consulta com o dentista é realmente desrespeitoso com o servidor publico, primeiro voce vai no local para agendar a avaliação, depois vc vai na avaliação, e depois vai para fazer a consulta!!! É ridículo isso, só de passagem ai pra essas 3 idas e vindas já foi 60 reais.
The service is good but the appointment for appointment with the dentist is really disrespectful to the public server, first you go on site to schedule the evaluation, then you go to the evaluation, and then go to make the appointment !!! This is ridiculous, just passing through to these 3 comings and goings was 60 reais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um absurdo. Você vai lá para agendar, depois vc vai para avaliação, depois vc vai para a consulta com dentista. Coloca o aparelho depois de não sei quantas consultas,isso se você coloca. Caso o aparelho quebre algum fio um dia depois de colocar,
o problema é seu , só vão arrumar 45 dias depois. Se você precisar mudar o dia da sua consulta você não consegue, só vão marcar para 90 dias depois. O preço que se paga é o mesmo de um consultório particular. Paguei por três meses para meu filho e nem aparelho colocou. Moroso e desrespeitoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não gostei! Fui pela primeira vez numa consulta odontológica pelo Ipsemg na data de 14/11/18 e fiquei abismada com o tipo de serviço que foi prestado. Graças a Deus eu não tenho nenhum problema bucal, pelo contrário, fui de forma preventiva e como já imaginava só foi necessário fazer uma limpeza. Mas a limpeza que a dentista Romilda fez é de péssima qualidade e qualquer pessoa que tem o hábito de ir ao dentista consegue identificar isso. Eu fiquei menos de 10 minutos no consultório para fazer o procedimento e logo assinei o plano de tratamento para ser descontado no contracheque, quando eu li veio mais uma surpresa, está descrito que foi feito a profilaxia e raspagem supra gengival, sendo que ela não pegou nenhum instrumento manual para limpar dente por dente, apenas passou o aparelho com vibração de forma bem superficial na parte de fora dos dentes e não passou por dentro. Depois jogou um jato de bicarbonato, eu acho, e pronto, limpeza concluída. Resumindo, do jeito que eu fui eu voltei. Não saiu nenhum tártaro dos meus dentes, estou horrorizada. Como pode um profissional formado não executar da forma correta e com qualidade um serviço que está sendo pago, ou melhor, mesmo se fosse de graça, deveria ser feito o melhor, afinal, a pessoa estudou e formou para isso. Vale ressaltar que ela é muito simpática e educada, mas profissionalmente falando deixou muito a desejar, fiquei com vontade de falar na hora sobre a qualidade do serviço e pelo fato do serviço que está escrito não ter sido prestado mas fiquei com vergonha pra ela. Simplesmente não volto mais, vou tentar outra clínica conveniada, caso contrário, prefiro pagar particular como sempre fiz.
