★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brinquedos 10, monitores 10, garçons 10, estacionamento com segurança 10 , animação 5 (poderia ser melhor ), espaço 5 ( seria bom verificar com atenção na quantidade de pessoas), banheiro entupido e sem papel. Agora o que me desagradou muito foi a restrospectiva do aniversáriante a caixa de som com grande chiado atrapalhando muito o fundo musical que acabou ficando muito baixo, ouvia mais as pessoas comentando e conversando, o painel desfocado com uma imagem embaçada sem brilho, o controlador de áudio e vídeo todo perdido sem ter o que fazer. Para mim onde poderia passar emoção para os convidados e entes queridos ficou desastroso, desfocando toda a atenção dos convidados .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho palavras para agradecer o buffet pela festa do meu filho, estamos em êxtase, minha família e meus amigos ficamos encantados com a cordialidade dos funcionários, as comidas maravilhosas, os doces divinos, as bebidas sempre gelada e sendo abastecidas pelos garçons a todo minuto, assim como os salgados e etc.
Brinquedos muito legais que servia tanto para as crianças quanto para os adultos, ambiente climatizado.
Fiquei surpreendido positivamente e agora quero fazer a festa dos meus filhos todos os anos com vocês.
Obrigado por deixar nosso dia especial e muito feliz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A festa foi incrível, mas pela festa e não pelo lugar. Apesar do buffet ser grande e aconchegante, os brinquedos eletrônicos possuem defeitos nos controles. A animação e os animadores tbm foram "3 estrelas". Pouca comida e pouca bebida.
O atendimento foi muito bom, todos muito educados mas comparando a outros buffets e festas, fica abaixo.
The party was amazing, but for the party and not the place. Despite the buffet being large and cozy, the electronic toys have defects in the controls. The animation and animators were also "3 stars". Little food and little drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Buffet é ótimo, todos foram muito atenciosos e prestativos. Comida super quentinha, tudo muito bem servido. Só elogios do início ao fim. Agora o fotógrafo não indico que o Buffet fornece no pacote, no dia do aniversário ele até que foi bem prestativo e atencioso, me deu o prazo de 20 dias a partir da festa para me entregar as fotos, um prazo longo mais ok. Mas no momento que fui cobrar as fotos começou arrumar desculpa sendo que já tinha conversado com ele no aniversário e pós festa. Me deu um prazo e queria mudar para outro alegando por estar fora de São Paulo. Falei com os proprietários do Buffet que foram super prestativos. No fim consegui a fotos para o dia que ele que foi marcado, mas as fotos sem edição nenhuma, a maioria claras. Se fosse para receber as fotos de qualquer jeito eu teria feito pelo celular. Enfim recomendo o Buffet mas o fotógrafo não. Eu realmente não tive sorte nessa parte. De resto só elogios ao Buffet e ao gerente Jeferson e equipe.

But the moment I went to collect the photos, he started to make excuses since I had already talked to him on his birthday and after the party. He gave me a deadline and wanted to change to another one, claiming to be out of São Paulo. I spoke to the Buffet owners who were super helpful. In the end I got the photos for the day he was tagged, but the photos without any editing, most of them clear. If I was going to receive the photos anyway, I would have done it on my cell phone. Anyway, I recommend the Buffet but not the photographer. I really didn't have any luck with that part. For the rest, only praise for the Buffet and the manager Jefferson and team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor atendimento que já tivemos. A equipe de animação é incrível. Os monitores super carinhosos e cuidadosos com as crianças. Comida servida quentinha e a vontade. As bebidas geladinhas. O vídeo de retrospectiva ficou muito lindo, e o clima que é criado durante a reprodução faz toda diferença. Eu indico e contrato novamente com tida certeza.
Ah!!! A decoração é linda também, sem avarias.
Não tenho um ponto sequer para reclamar.

Best service we've ever had. The animation team is amazing. The super affectionate and careful monitors with the children. Food served hot and at ease. The cold drinks. The retrospective video was very beautiful, and the atmosphere that is created during playback makes all the difference. I recommend and contract again for sure.
Oh!!! The decor is also beautiful, without flaws.
I don't have a single point to complain about.
