★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável o atendimento. Lavagem cara (R$75 pra lavar, aspirar e passar cera). Fizeram um “por fora” para tirar riscos e disseram que iria ficar “como novo”. Ficou parece que passaram liquid paper.... Fui reclamar com encarregado Ruben que disse “então tira tudo e não precisa pagar”.... NÃO RECOMENDO. Enquanto isso o dono fica “escondido” na salinha, finge que não é com ele e fica tudo “bem”. Realmente lamentável. Querem ser mal atendidos? Só ir lá....
The service was unfortunate. Expensive washing (R $ 75 to wash, vacuum and wax). They did an "outside" to take risks and said it would be "like new". It looked like they passed liquid paper .... I went to complain to Supervisor Ruben who said “so take everything and you don't have to pay” .... I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Meanwhile, the owner is "hidden" in the small room, pretends it is not with him and everything is "fine". Really unfortunate. Do you want to be poorly attended to? Just go there ....
