★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com esse filtro foi péssima. Não é nada prático. Tem que limpar por fora do filtro todos os dias, porque se forma o que parece um mofo e que no site eles chamam de "eflorescência". Além disso, as velas duram muito pouco. Faz uma semana que troquei a vela e quando fui fazer a limpeza por dentro do filtro, porque já tinha um cheiro de mofo, a parte de plástico que segura a vela (com tripla filtragem, a mais cara) descolou, isso limpando somente com água e com as mãos, conforme eles orientam.
My experience with this filter was awful. It's nothing practical. It has to be cleaned out of the filter every day because it forms what looks like a mold and what they call "efflorescence" on the site. Also, the candles last very little. A week ago I changed the candle and when I went to clean the inside of the filter, because it already had a musty smell, the plastic part that holds the candle (with triple filtration, the most expensive) took off, this cleaning only with water and with their hands, as they guide.

Liguei na empresa 02 vezes para relatar o ocorrido e ver o que a empresa faria para reposição. Nas duas vezes fui informada que a pessoa não estava, mas me retornaria (deixei o número do meu celular). Até o presente momento, ninguém me contatou. Numa gritante demonstração de descaso com o consumidor.
I bought three ceramic candles yesterday. One of them was missing a fence. I called the company 02 times to report what happened and see what the company would do for replacement. Both times I was informed that the person was not there, but would return (I left my cell phone number). To date, no one has contacted me. In a blatant demonstration of neglect with the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. Sempre foi a escolha de minha família, entretanto, desde a última aquisição, onde comprei um produto que mofa a cada 2 dias, nunca mais.
Efetuei reclamação na empresa sobre isso, que MENTIU, informando algo que o INMETRO havia exigido, entretanto, ao contatar esta entidade, fui informado que não existia nenhum tipo de alteração técnica exigida na fabricação de filtros.
Reclamei então no PROCON, que então contatou a empresa, que também ignorou este órgão, que então, acionou judicialmente a empresa.
Apenas assim, por ameaça de ação judicial, a Cerâmica Stéfani se prontificou a fazer o que deveria ter sido feito desde o início, e me ressarcir.
Não recomendo para ninguém.
Bad company. It has always been my family's choice, however, since the last purchase, where I bought a product that molds every 2 days, never again.
I made a complaint to the company about this, which LIE, stating something that INMETRO had demanded, however, when contacting this entity, I was informed that there was no type of technical change required in the manufacture of filters.
I then complained to PROCON, who then contacted the company, who also ignored this body, which then sued the company.
Just like that, due to the threat of legal action, Cerâmica Stéfani offered to do what should have been done from the beginning, and to compensate me.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o filtro 29/12 depois de 2 semana de uso tem 2 rachaduras e vazando. O pior é o descaso de um funcionário chamado Erick, que nunca está qdo ligo. E não respondeu o e-mail que enviei com todas as solicitações que fez. DESCASO TOTAL.
Bought the 12/29 filter after 2 weeks of use it has 2 cracks and leaking. The worst thing is the negligence of an employee named Erick, who is never there when I call. And he didn't respond to the email I sent with all the requests he made. TOTAL DISCLAIMER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um conselho, fuja dos produtos dessa empresa. Filtro de péssima qualidade. Descasca em poucos meses, entra formiga, água fica com gosto de barro, só dá manutenção, e o pós venda é humilhante, desrespeitoso e estão preocupados em achar argumentos para não fazer valer a garantia. FUJAA dos produtos dessa empresa. Olha a resposta ridícula deles. Dizem que passei tinta no filtro. Tenho imagens do produto que só foi selado a parte onde estava se DESMANCHANDO, que alegaram ser NORMAL. Inclusive essa parte já é pintada de fábrica. Na lógica deles, o produto já chega sem garantia. Ridículo. Fui enganado por essa empresa. Vejam outros comentários e comprovem o nível dessa empresa.
One piece of advice, stay away from that company's products. Poor quality filter. It peels in a few months, ants get in, the water tastes like clay, it only provides maintenance, and the after-sales service is humiliating, disrespectful and they are concerned with finding arguments for not enforcing the guarantee. RUN AWAY from that company's products. Look at their ridiculous response. They say I put ink on the filter. I have images of the product that was only sealed the part where it was DISAPPEARING, which they claimed was NORMAL. This part is even factory painted. In their logic, the product arrives without warranty. Ridiculous. I was deceived by this company. See other comments and prove the level of this company.
