★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesadelo optar pela cerâmica Cristofoleti. Péssima qualidade, cores diferentes em mesmo lote. Destruiu um sonho de uma cozinha nova. Deveriam ter vergonha e fazer os testes de qualidade antes de colocar no mercado seus produtos. Não respondem os emails ao consumidor.
 Nightmare opt for the Cristofoleti pottery. Poor quality, different colors in the same batch. It destroyed a dream of a new kitchen. They should be ashamed and do quality tests before putting their products on the market. They do not answer emails to the consumer.

Até então tudo ótimo!! Até q no dia 12 de junho de 2017 !11:00 hrs da manhã o piso da sala começou a estufar e estourar!! O piso da sala toda se soltou estourando igual pipoca!!! Entrei em contato e estou esperando até hoje uma resposta e nada nenhuma resposta !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentavelmente, os pisos que comprei são todos desiguais, vou ter que aplicar espessuras de rejuntes diferentes, está horrível só de ver antes disto, creio que ficará bem pior depois de pronto. Estou descontente com o produto adquirido, não recomendo. Péssima qualidade, infelizmente, apliquei 56 mts em toda a frente da casa. Que vergonha!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um lote de porcelanato 61x61 de 105 m³ dia 24/08/2017, chegando na obra o pedreiro começou a colocar e nós vimos que o piso estava de duas cores diferentes, foi pedido que ele parasse de colocar, avisamos a loja Terra pisos de Mogi-Mirim que o piso estava com cores diferentes, pedimos para o pedreiro separar todos os pisos com cores diferentes e foi feito isso e a loja se prontificou a trocar, até aí aceitei o acordo, só que os novos pisos foram com diferença de cor novamente e percebemos isso depois de instalado mais uma parte e a loja falou que foi feita a troca com o mesmo lote do piso e que eles estão com um palet desse piso.
A loja Terra pisos passou para a fábrica, ou seja a cerâmica Cristofoleti o nosso caso e essa se prontificou a pagar pelos pisos que foi no valor de R$ 4.004, 21 ou a trocar os mesmos. Pergunto quem vai pagar os custos que eu já tive e terei para trocar o piso "colorido" que me foi enviado, até hoje esse problema não foi resolvido e essa resposta da indenização eu recebi semana passada no dia 26/01, tive que ficar esperando a resposta porque a empresa citada estava de férias e depois estava em processo de auditoria, foi o que me foi passado pela loja que me vendeu o piso,
e eu estou a três meses esperando isso ser resolvido e até agora o que me propuseram não arca com meu prejuízo. isso também sem mencionar que o piso quebra muito na hora de cortar, mas nem é por isso que estou reclamando. Depois de saber o valor da indenização, liguei na fábrica e fui atendida pela Maiara e perguntei se era isso mesmo a proposta que eu iria procurar meus direitos e ela disse para eu fazer como quisesse, ou seja, em momento nenhum alguém da fábrica foi na obra verificar e a hora que falo que vou procurar meus diretos falam para eu ir, porque sabem que no país a corda sempre arrebenta do lado mais fraco, ou seja o consumidor. Preciso a algum tempo desocupar a casa onde moro e já era para eu ir para a minha, mas estou presa nesse problema.
O sonho da casa própria está se tornando um pesadelo, e eu que já paguei por tudo estou sem poder fazer nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o piso cristofolleti porcelanato externo de madeira 61x61 na Leroymerlin, para colocar no meu quintal, foi a pior aquisição de minha vida. O piso é lindo de se olhar, mais depois de colocado fica horrível, tudo manchado e com aspecto de sempre sujo. Tudo que passa em cima mancha, carro, moto etc...
E fora q mesmo lavando, não tem solução fica horrível tudo manchado. Queria poder colocar uma foto para todo mundo ver como ficou.
Não indico esse piso e fora que o valor dele está quase 50,00 o m2.

The floor is beautiful to look at, but after being laid it looks horrible, everything stained and always looking dirty. Everything that passes over it stains, car, motorcycle etc...
And outside q even washing, there is no solution, everything stained is horrible. I wish I could put a photo for everyone to see how it turned out.
I do not indicate this floor and besides that its value is almost 50.00 per m2.

Comprei pela internet (Leroy Merlim) piso cerâmico, que no início deram alguns problemas. A Leroy negou a troca ou reembolso, alegando que não havia sido aprovado pela parte técnica (enviei fotos). Mas, depois de mais de um ano, entrei em contato com a Cristofoletti e me reembolsaram integralmente o valor gasto no piso (14,50m2). fiquei feliz com a presteza e dedicação na solução de problemas com o cliente consumidor final.
Estão de parabéns pelo desfecho!

I bought ceramic flooring online (Leroy Merlin), which at first gave me some problems. Leroy denied the exchange or refund, claiming that it had not been approved by the technical part (I sent photos). But, after more than a year, I contacted Cristofoletti and they fully refunded the amount spent on the floor (14.50 m2). I was happy with the promptness and dedication in solving problems with the final consumer customer.
