★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, porém recebi (5000 tijolos) produto de péssima qualidade, aproximadamente 35% de perda, o tijolo se defaz só no manuseio. O caminhão de entrega voltou com a carroceria forrada de tijolos quebrados. Reclamei com a empresa pelo desrespeito com o consumidor e até com a natureza.... nem reponderam !
The service is good, but I received (5000 bricks) a product of very poor quality, approximately 35% loss, the brick is left to be handled only. The delivery truck returned with the body lined with broken bricks. I complained to the company for disrespect for the consumer and even for nature ... they didn't even respond!

Depois tive que ligar várias vezes para enviarem a nota fiscal e o boleto; demoraram tanto que qdo lembraram o boleto estava vencido; queriam que pagássemos os boleto com juros; me recusei... e ai começou a saga... São extremamente desorganizados e não respeitam o cliente... Temos mais de 12 obras em Itú; nunca mais compro desta empresa!! Descaso Total !! Nota 10 abaixo de 0.... Nenhuma *
Excellent first purchase service from the seller. Then I had to call several times to send the invoice and the bank slip; took so long that when they remembered the ticket was expired; they wanted us to pay the slips with interest; I refused... and then the saga began... They are extremely disorganized and do not respect the customer... We have more than 12 works in Itú; I will never buy from this company again!! Total Disregard!! Grade 10 below 0.... None *

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra de 3mil blocos 14/19/29, a entrega ocorreu segunda feira conforme o agendado.
O produto em si é de péssima qualidade, bloco rachados, e esfarelando com a queima totalmente disforme o que compromete a qualidade do produto, nem vou citar o alinhamento boa parte dos blocos estão com ondulações.
Paguei o preço por blocos de 1° linha e recebi um bloco de 2°.
I made the purchase of 3 thousand blocks 14/19/29, the delivery took place on Monday as scheduled.
The product itself is of very bad quality, cracked block, and crumbling with burning completely misshapen which compromises the quality of the product, nor will I mention the alignment, most of the blocks are with ripples.
I paid the price for 1st line blocks and received a 2nd line block.
