This company does not fulfill deadline to deliver, does not give any satisfaction to the customer as to the delay in delivery and disrespect the customer garatindo after 15 days of delay that will deliver with certainty leaving me waiting day and night without the delivery of the product

I cannot understand how they are still functioning. Bad after-sales, deadlines for them are something out of this world. Totally irresponsible with the customer relationship. We made a purchase more than 2 months ago and so far nothing. Absurd.
