Excellent event space. It was a bit dirty, but this can be solved by doing a general prior to renting for the events. Very good accommodation, easy to access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espeço legal, simples mais o valor cabe no bolso de quem não que exigir muito, cobertura aberta, bem ventilada, com uma visão ampla de uma parte do bairro de São Cristóvão, lugar bem localizado, em rua principal próximo ao final de linha dando uma facilidade para as pessoas que visitam esse espaço, eu recomendo.
Legal, simple plus the value fits in the pocket of those who do not require much, open, well ventilated, with a broad view of a part of the neighborhood of St. Kitts, a well located place, on the main street near the end of the line giving a facility for people visiting this space, I recommend it.

Eles também oferecem os materiais como (cadeira, mesas, som, tv) para quem queira fazer festas no espaço, e isso é um ponto bem positivo.
Well ventilated place, quite spacious but lack parking for cars as it has to stay on the street.
They also offer the materials like (chair, tables, sound, tv) to anyone who wants to party in space, and that's a very positive point.
