★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há mais de vinte anos pago a contribuição, descontada na conta de energia, dia 22 de dezembro ficamos 3 (TRES) dias sem energia ligamos várias vezes para CELPE pelo 116 e não fomos atendidos reclamamos a ANEEL e nada de atendimento, quando finalmente chegaram dia 24 às 12 horas, fizeram um arranjo e reativaram a energia, mas nos informaram que o transformador era antigo e não existia peça e que ele era da CERLIT e a CELPE não tinha responsabilidade por isso não fomos atendidos logo. Ao ligar para a CERLIT ficamos sabendo que não atendiam mais sobre transformador e que haviam passado todos para a CELPE, mas não nos deram nenhum documento provando isso para cobrarmos à CELPE.. Como ficamos? Por que pagamos essa contribuição?
For more than twenty years I paid the contribution, deducted from the energy bill, on December 22 we were 3 (TRES) days without power, we called CELPE several times at 116 and we were not answered, we complained to ANEEL and no service, when the day finally arrived 24 at 12 o'clock, they made an arrangement and reactivated the energy, but they informed us that the transformer was old and there was no part and that it was from CERLIT and CELPE had no responsibility for that, we were not served soon. When we called CERLIT, we learned that they did not answer any more questions about transformers and that they had all passed them on to CELPE, but they did not give us any document proving this so that we could charge CELPE. Why do we pay this contribution?
