Porém, acho conveniente que cada Unidade, desse conceituado Laboratório, tenha a sua Central Telefônica.
Hoje, precisei realizar uns exames de sangue e me surpreendi pela negação do Laboratório do CERPE, Unidade que fica situada na Rua Sá e Souza em Boa Viagem, Recife - PE. , que me informou que ali não atendia aos associados do SASSEPE. E que, eu só seria atendida na Unidade de Boa Viagem.
Estranhei porque a Central Telefônica, desse Laboratório, me informou que todas as Unidades atendem aos Servidores pertencentes ao SASSEPE.
Achei a atitude, dessa Unidade, discriminatória e descabida. Sofri um ato discriminatório, cabendo-me entrar com uma ação judicial.
Portanto, gostaria que vocês, quanto veículo de atendimento ao público, tenha uma fala única, enquanto Unidade Pública de atendimento.
Sou uma pessoa de quase 65 anos de idade e não posso ficar de um lado para o outro para fazer um exame.
Assim sendo, peço providências quanto ao incidente ocorrido e também gostaria que essa fala fosse unificada. Voltarei à mesma Unidade, da Sá e Souza, na próxima Sexta feira, dia 23 de outubro de 2020, com a finalidade de ser atendida, visto que a mesma é a mais conveniente para o meu deslocamento. Caso eu seja tratada da mesma forma, que fui tratada hoje dia 21 de outubro de 2020, tenham certeza que terei que entrar com uma Ação judicial, contra esse Laboratório, atitude que não gostaria de tomar.

Today, I had to do some blood tests and I was surprised by the denial of the CERPE Laboratory, a Unit located on Rua Sá e Souza in Boa Viagem, Recife - PE. , who informed me that there he did not attend SASSEPE associates. And that, I would only be served at the Boa Viagem Unit.
I was surprised because the Central Telephone, from this Laboratory, informed me that all Units serve the Servers belonging to SASSEPE.

Não informa os horários e locais aos funcionários para quem precisa fazer teste de covid com sintomas. Empurrando as pessoas para filiais e grandes esperas.
