â â â â â Com apenas duas recepcionistas a demora Ă© enorme. Dessas duas, uma recepcionista ainda fica emitindo resultados de exames e as declaraçoes. A estrutura Ă© enorme mas precisam rever esse atendimento. Passei pouco mais de 01h so pra chegar no atendimento da recepçao.
With only two receptionists the delay is huge. Of these two, a receptionist is still issuing test results and statements. The structure is huge but they need to review this service. I spent little more than 01hs only to arrive at the reception desk.

FuncionĂĄrios Despreparados!
Cheguei para realizar a coleta antes das 9h da Manhã! Devido a demora na recepção fui chamado para atendimento cerca de 9:10h
Onde a atendente visualizou que uma das minhas solicitaçÔes era para averiguar o Cortisol (exame realizado entre 7-9h), a recepcionista por decisão própria disse q o exame não deveria ser feito! Sugeri uma ressalva dizendo q o exame seria coletado 15 minutos depois e isso não interferiria em nada na nossa avaliação! Que segundo orientação de outro laboratório e médica bastava essa informação!
PorĂ©m nĂŁo permitiram, fiquei de jejum e tive pacientes demarcados no primeiro perĂodo da manhĂŁ pra nada! (Sou cirurgiĂŁo-dentista e tenho um pouco de conhecimento tĂ©cnico sobre o assunto onde garanto que esses minutos de atraso nĂŁo iriam interferir em exatamente nada sobre meu resultado)! NĂŁo mais enviarei pacientes para tal laboratĂłrio e informarem dessa experiĂȘncia negativa com colegas da ĂĄrea.
Espero que o Cerpe realmente invista em treinamento de seus funcionĂĄrios, para que pelo menos em pequenas dĂșvidas como essas eles nĂŁo tomem a decisĂŁo unitĂĄria sem consultar um responsĂĄvel que entenda! Ou saber que por conta de erros de atendimento o paciente nĂŁo deve ser punido.

I arrived to collect before 9 am! Due to the delay in the reception I was called for assistance about 9: 10h
Where the attendant saw that one of my requests was to find out about Cortisol (exam carried out between 7-9 am), the receptionist by her own decision said that the exam should not be done! I suggested a reservation saying that the exam would be collected 15 minutes later and that would not interfere with anything in our evaluation! That according to guidance from another laboratory and doctor that information was enough!
But they didn't allow it, I was fasting and I had patients demarcated in the first period of the morning for nothing! (I am a dental surgeon and I have a little technical knowledge on the subject where I guarantee that these minutes of delay would not interfere with exactly anything about my result)! I will no longer send patients to such a laboratory and report this negative experience with colleagues in the field.
I hope that Cerpe really invests in training its employees, so that at least in small doubts like these they do not make the unitary decision without consulting a responsible person who understands! Or knowing that due to errors in care, the patient should not be punished.

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento, duas recepcionistas lerdas para atender todos. Mais de uma hora sĂł para ser atendida na recepção, alĂ©m do processo levar mais 20 minutos com as recepcionistas. Uma delas extremamente grossa com os clientes. NĂŁo percam tempo indo nesta unidade do Cerpe!!!!
Poor service, two slow receptionists to attend to everyone. More than an hour just to be seen at the reception, and the process takes another 20 minutes with the receptionists. One of them extremely rude to customers. Don't waste time going to this Cerpe unit!!!!

â â â â â Atendimento pĂ©ssimo!!! Mais de uma hora de relĂłgio para ser chamado na recepção (Acreditem!). O agendamento online Ă© sĂł marketing, nĂŁo funciona, quando chegamos lĂĄ o atendimento Ă© bem demorado com fichas. VĂĄrias pessoas com sintomas da COVID-19 para fazer exames aguardando por muito tempo junto com os outros clientes. Apenas 2 recepcionistas. NĂŁo recomendo pra ninguĂ©m!!
Terrible service!!! More than an hour of clock to be called at the reception (Believe me!). Online scheduling is just marketing, it doesn't work, when we get there the service is very time consuming with tokens. Several people with symptoms of COVID-19 to have tests waiting for a long time together with other clients. Only 2 receptionists. I don't recommend it to anyone!!

POORLY, VERY POORLY SERVED, NEEDING TO MAKE RT-PCR TEST TO ELIMINATE DOUBTS, INFORMED THAT SHE FEELS SCHEDULED AND WOULD NOT HAVE PLACES FOR SURE AND THE IMPOSSIBILITY OF CPM FOLLOWING PLACES.
HOW CAN WE HAVE THIS LABORATORY AS A PARTNER OF OUR HEALTH.

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento, as atendentes parecem que estĂŁo com raiva de trabalhar. A organização para chamar as fichas Ă© totalmente desorganizada. Quando liguei na central da cerpe, fui informada que nĂŁo conseguia agendar, ao chegar no local fui informada que quem tinha agendado tinha preferĂȘncia no atendimento.
Terrible service, the attendants seem to be angry at work. The organization to call the chips is totally disorganized. When I called the cerpe central, I was informed that I could not schedule, when I arrived at the place I was informed that whoever had scheduled had preference in the service.
