★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja tem variedades de produtos, espaçosa, tem estacionamento, porém, não gostei do atendimento na parte dos pisos. Ficamos escolhendo sozinhos e os vendedores sentados, olhando. Pra fechar a compra, meu esposo q chamou um vendedor. O atendimento não é bom. Receptividade é tudo, quando entramos em uma loja.

 Store has varieties of products, spacious, has parking, however, I did not like the service on the floors. We were left to choose by themselves and the salespeople seated, watching. To close the purchase, my husband called a salesman. The service is not good. Receptivity is everything, when we enter a store.

Fiz uma compra de aproximadamente 9 mil reais no dia 22/01/2021 e 2 dias depois, precisei trocar um dos itens da nota e os materiais ainda estavam na loja. Fui mando para a gerente. Ao me dirigir a gerente e falar que precisava fazer uma troca em um dos itens da nota, a mulher se transformou e começou a me tratar com muita grosseria, alegando que o procedimento da empresa não permite trocas. Informei a ela que o procedimento interno da empresa, não acima das leis que regem a relação de consumo. Ai a coisa piorou!!!!
Depois de muita espera, foi autorizada a troca. Após a troca, fui em outras seções e comprei outros matérias.
Ao chegar no cx para efetuar o pagamento, a gerente precisou autorizar outro procedimento. Ao chegar no cx, novamente fui tratado com grosseria na frente da funcionaria do cx e dos clientes que estavam na fila .
Procurei manter a calma e nao estender mais ainda o problema.
Peço que a Cerqueira, oriente essa gerente, para que ela possa resolver os problemas sem atacar os clientes, evitando que a rede tenha processos na justiça.

I made a purchase of approximately 9 thousand reais on 01/22/2021 and 2 days later, I had to exchange one of the items in the note and the materials were still in the store. I sent it to the manager. When I addressed the manager and said that I needed to make a change in one of the items in the note, the woman was transformed and began to treat me very rudely, claiming that the company's procedure does not allow exchanges. I informed her that the company's internal procedure, not above the laws that govern the consumption relationship. Then things got worse !!!!
After a long wait, the exchange was authorized. After the exchange, I went to other sections and bought other materials.
Upon arriving at the cashier to make the payment, the manager had to authorize another procedure. Upon arriving at the box, I was again treated rudely in front of the box office and the customers who were in line.
I tried to remain calm and not extend the problem further.
I ask Cerqueira, to guide this manager, so that she can solve the problems without attacking customers, preventing the chain from having lawsuits in court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem muita variedade, o atendimento dos vendedores é bom, mas o atendimento pos vendas é horrível, péssimo, não recomendo que comprem revestimento, cerâmicas na Cerqueira, entregaram faltando Caixa e muitas caixas de revestimento (retificado) vieram com as pontas pinicadas, quebradas. Desse jeito não tem como colocar na parede pq fica avista. Já solicitei a troca das caixas e ficam um jogando a responsabilidade pro outro e ninguém resolve, fiz essa contra no dia 14/05 e até hj não solucionaram esse problema.
Não comprem revestimento na Cerqueira, o pos vendas é horrível e não resolve não, ficam apenas na promessa.
The store has a lot of variety, the service provided by the sellers is good, but the service after sales is horrible, terrible, I do not recommend that they buy coating, ceramics at Cerqueira, they delivered missing Box and many coating boxes (rectified) came with pinched edges, broken. That way there's no way to put it on the wall because it's visible. I've already requested the exchange of boxes and one is playing the responsibility for the other and nobody solves it, I did this against on 05/14 and until today they didn't solve this problem.
Don't buy coverings at Cerqueira, the after sales are horrible and it doesn't solve the problem, just promise.
