E foi feito apenas 1 vídeo conferência e simplesmente tem mais de uma semana que tento entrar em contato com a pessoa responsável e só dá fora de área, somos de Belém e então fica mais difícil ir pessoalmente, o certificado está pago, até pq se não estivesse a certificação não seria realizada, estou insatisfeita e sem saber o que fazer que não seja ir ao Procon e exigir providências.
I requested 3 certifications, 1 in person and 2 video conference. And there was only 1 video conference and it is just over a week that I try to get in touch with the responsible person and it only takes place outside the area, we are from Belém and then it is more difficult to go in person, the certificate is paid, even if not if the certification would not be carried out, I am dissatisfied and not knowing what to do other than to go to Procon and demand measures.
