★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No geral é bom, tem custo benefício, o problema aqui é somente a economia da construtora economizando na divisão de um apartamento para o outro, São 10 centímetros apenas, então se um vizinho derruba uma colher ou abre um armário ou simplesmente anda de sapato parece que o barulho se multiplica por 10. Isso gera desconforto para os andares de baixo. De resto é positivo
Overall it's good, it's cost-effective, the problem here is just the construction company's economy saving on dividing one apartment to another, It's only 10 centimeters, so if a neighbor drops a spoon or opens a closet or simply walks around in shoes it seems that the noise is multiplied by 10. This creates discomfort for the floors below. Otherwise it's positive
