Esta unidade, principal, é a cervejaria, responsável pela fabricação "envase" das cervejas.
Unidade em local estratégico, na entrada da cidade pra quem vem por Porto Feliz, na rodovia de acesso à Castelo Branco sentido Tatuí.
Para o acesso à portaria é preciso contornar a unidade pela rua lateral, 350 metros após a entrada dos caminhões de abastecimento de cevada, conforme fotografia.
