★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conheci pessoalmente, mas minha avaliação vai para o PÉSSIMO atendimento por telefone hoje. Liguei para perguntar o VALOR do banho e tosa, e já de cara recebi um "não temos vaga pra hoje", sendo que nem pedi. Disse que seria pra amanhã e sem falar nada me deixou esperando na linha e desligou. Liguei novamente e falei que a ligação tinha caído, a pessoa deu de desentendido, e quando perguntei o VALOR novamente ele disse meio rude "só temos vaga agora pra quinta que vem", eu disse ok e desliguei.
Treinamento no atendimento ao cliente é tudo, seja pessoalmente ou por telefone. Provavelmente não levarei meu pet pois nem a resposta do valor eu tive!
I didn't know him personally, but my assessment goes to the LAST phone service today. I called to ask for the VALUE of the bath and grooming, and right away I received a "we don't have a place for today", and I didn't even ask. He said it would be for tomorrow and without saying anything he left me waiting on the line and hung up. I called again and said that the call had dropped, the person gave up, and when I asked for the VALUE again he said a little rudely "we only have a place for next Thursday", I said ok and hung up.
Customer service training is everything, either in person or over the phone. I probably won't take my pet because I didn't even have the value response!
