 Lousy butcher shop .... I bought a steak today 11/13/2020 for the restaurant and I was disappointed .... full of fat.

Carne pesada antes e depois é moída. O correto é pesar ela moída e limpa. Cliente está pagando pela carne não pela gordura!!
O código de defesa do consumidor diz o seguinte:
"A pesagem deve ser feita à vista do consumidor; qualquer contrapeso de carne só poderá ser adicionado com o seu consentimento. É proibida a venda de carne com sebo e pelancas."
Bad. My girlfriend ordered ground beef. They sent ground fat.
Heavy meat before and after is ground. The correct thing is to weigh it, ground and clean. Customer is paying for meat not for fat !!
The consumer protection code says the following:
"Weighing must be done at the consumer's sight; any balance of meat can only be added with his consent. The sale of meat with tallow and pelancas is prohibited."
