★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, pedi para cortar uma franja longa na altura do olho e mostrei foto de referência, o cabeleireiro nem molhou meu cabelo para cortar e ESTRAGOU meu cabelo, deixou a parte do meio da franja no meio da testa, quando viu que errou começou a jogar meu cabelo pra tras achando que eu nao ia perceber.
Bad service, I asked to cut a long bang at eye level and showed a reference photo, the hairdresser didn't even wet my hair to cut it and DAMN my hair, left the middle part of the bangs in the middle of his forehead, when he saw that he was wrong he started to throw my hair back thinking I wouldn't notice.

O momento que eu estava aguardando minha mãe na recepção, o salão perdeu 3 atendente, dois pra corte e um pra barba, a mesma não seguiu a fica, chegou pessoas bem depois e ela colocou na frente, os ouros foram embora com raiva, onde a mesma só ficava no Whatsapp. Acho isso uma falta de profissionalismo.
Nothing against the service, but the attendant at the reception is a bad employee. The moment I was waiting for my mother at the reception, the salon lost 3 attendants, two for the cut and one for the beard, it did not follow the stay, people arrived much later and she put it in front, the diamonds left in anger, where it was only on Whatsapp. I think this is a lack of professionalism.
