★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na agência de Niterói, as atendentes são muito grossas, fui tratada super mal e elas não tem um pingo de profissionalismo, até o termo “né more” elas usam, sem contar o olhar de desprezo parece que se acham melhores do que as pessoas que elas atendem, pior experiência que eu tive e não recomendo a ninguém!
I went to the Niterói branch, the attendants are very rude, I was treated very badly and they don't have an ounce of professionalism, they even use the term "yeah more", not to mention the look of contempt, they seem to think they're better than people they serve, worst experience I've had and I don't recommend it to anyone!
