Pessoal muito prestativo/atencioso, fui em busca de uma normativa obsoleta que por falta de conhecimento, talvez, os técnicos não sabiam dizer como consegui-la, por estarem ali a anos e anos...acabaram cansando.
Excellent collection! Great structure, a lot of history about the sanitation of the state is there. Very helpful / attentive staff, I went in search of an obsolete standard that, due to lack of knowledge, perhaps, the technicians did not know how to get it, because they had been there for years and years ... they ended up getting tired.
