Marquei a consulta com antecedência, sendo que moro longe do consultório, 20 minutos antes a secretaria me liga dizendo que o doutor tinha esquecido de mim e que tinha outra consulta, perguntando se eu poderia remarcar para outro dia, não aceitei pois já estava perto do consultório. Poucos minutos depois ela retorna dizendo que o doutor tinha outra consulta e se eu poderia chegar antes, sendo que faltavam 10 minutos para a minha consulta.... eu disse que ia mesmo assim, pois já tinha marcado com atecedencia.
Consegui chegar ainda 5min mais cedo e chegando lá a secretaria informa que o dentista tinha acabado de ir embora.
Primeiro o dentista tinha esquecido de mim, depois tinha outra consulta no lugar, chegando lá não tem ninguém.
Sinceramente não sei quem estava falando a verdade e quem era mais incompetente: dentista ou secretaria ?

I made an appointment in advance, being that I live far from the office, 20 minutes before the office calls me saying that the doctor had forgotten me and that I had another appointment, asking if I could reschedule for another day, I did not accept it because I was already close to the clinic. A few minutes later she returns saying that the doctor had another appointment and if I could arrive earlier, with 10 minutes to go before my appointment ... I said I would go anyway, as I had already made an appointment.
I managed to arrive 5 minutes earlier and arriving there the secretary informs me that the dentist had just left.
First the dentist had forgotten about me, then I had another appointment at the place, there is no one there.
I honestly don't know who was telling the truth and who was more incompetent: dentist or secretary ?
