Great trail for MTB ... and also accessible for trekking (walking trail) and just above, stops at the big house with a great view of the viewpoint and just below a lake with fresh water for bathing

Casa que os Padres fazem retiros.
Ótimo para fazer trilha à pé, de moto ou bike.
Tem uma estrada de calçamento pra quem quer subir de carro.
Pra quem quer calmaria, este é o lugar.
Mais eu prefiro o Parque das Andréias, por ter muito mais opções de piscinas naturais, alimentação e trilhas na serra.

House that the Fathers make retreats.
Great for hiking on foot, motorbike or bike.
There is a pavement road for those who want to go up by car.
For those who want calm, this is the place.
But I prefer Parque das Andréia, because it has many more options of natural pools, food and trails in the mountains.
