★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha mãe teve uma péssima experiência com o Cetro. Ela fazia tratamento ortodôntico com o Giovanni Carvalho, um dos sócios. Ela se queixava com ele de muita dor que sentia durante dias e dias depois das manutenções, não conseguia se alimentar e, inclusive, emagreceu. Mas o Giovanni não dava a mínima para a dor que ela sentia. Inclusive, chegou a dizer a ela que nem seus pacientes de 8 anos reclamavam tanto. Essa atitude me admirou muito, visto que o caso dela era cirúrgico e extremamente delicado, além de não ter demonstrado nem um pouco de profissionalismo da parte dele. Além disso, em várias ocasiões, ele a tratou extremamente mal, chegando a fazer grosserias com ela. O mínimo que esperávamos era um atendimento mais humano da parte dele.
Unfortunately my mother had a bad experience with the Scepter. She had orthodontic treatment with Giovanni Carvalho, one of the partners. She complained to him of the pain she felt for days and days after the maintenance, she could not feed herself and even lost weight. But Giovanni did not give a shit about the pain she felt. He even told her that even his 8-year-old patients complained so much. This attitude astonished me greatly, since her case was surgical and extremely delicate, as well as not showing any professionalism on his part. Moreover, on several occasions, he treated her extremely badly, even going scolding her. The least we expected was a more humane service on his part.

Tem um auto relevo no meio do meu queixo , não ficou uma lipo reta. Juro que ficou pior do que estava, não gostei, me arrependi.
Dois meses fazendo drenagem e nada do queixo ficar reto como eu desejava. Eles acharam normal e me indicaram fazer outro procedimento , estou muito chateada.Paguei caro e não ficou como eu achava que iria ficar.
I was a model patient with mechanical lipopapada, I paid for the procedure two months ago.
There is a self-relief in the middle of my chin, there was no straight lipo. I swear it got worse than it was, I didn't like it, I regretted it.
Two months of drainage and none of the chin is straight as I wanted. They thought it was normal and indicated me to undergo another procedure, I am very upset. I paid dearly and it was not as I thought it would be.
