★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelaram meu pedido 5 dias antes da festa. Me mandaram mensagem pelo whats app e tenho as mensagens, que era por problemas particulares. Falei que houve falta de profissionalismo, que seria difícil conseguir em cima da hora no feriado. Agora mudaram a resposta dizendo que não confirme, sendo que encomendei em outubro e me ofereci a dar sinal e disseram que não precisava. Não foi o que houve. Entendo que problemas particulares aconteçam. Mas entendo que comprometimento é fundamental e que mentira piora a falta de profissionalismo.
They canceled my order 5 days before the party. They sent me a message via whats app and I have the messages, which were due to particular problems. I said that there was a lack of professionalism, that it would be difficult to achieve this at the last minute on the holiday. Now they changed the answer saying don't confirm, since I ordered it in October and I offered to signal and said I didn't need to. That's not what happened. I understand that particular problems arise. But I understand that commitment is fundamental and that lying makes the lack of professionalism worse.
