Their phone is just for decoration, because they never answer, or the person who works there lives sleeping, because it's not possible, even ZAP doesn't answer, terrible.

Liguei no céu fui transferida a ligação para o emei e aguardei 40 minutos sem que ninguém atendessem poderiam falar que voltam só dia 7 ou que quem liga vai até la pq não usam telefone e a gente não trabalha falta de respeito com a gente as vezes precisamos de uma única informação ou coloquem um telefone válido por favor
Why don't you answer the phone???
