★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinica é maravilhosa, mais a atendente com o nome de Samara é péssima, precisa passar por um treinamento imediato se a clinica preza pela excelência.
Irei abrir uma reclamação na ouvidoria da clinica.
The clinic is wonderful, but the attendant by the name of Samara is terrible, she needs to undergo immediate training if the clinic values excellence.
I will file a complaint with the clinic's ombudsman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior clínica que já fui, local super lotado, com gestantes, idosos, crianças e demais pacientes todos tumultuados em um pequeno espaço, pois eles marcam um grande número de pessoas e não tem condições de atender a demanda, o que parece ser uma reclamação geral.
Estou gestante e fui fazer a ultrassom da medida da TN e doppler, esperei quase 2h, estava passando mal, com fome e exausta de tanto esperar, meu marido teve que brigar para eu ser atendida. Infelizmente a médica Dra. Aline foi péssima, eu tenho chance alta de ter pré-eclâmpsia, porém a mesma fez o exame e não me informou nada, disse que estava tudo bem, por sorte não confiei no atendimento e procurei outro médico e descobri o problema a tempo de iniciar o uso do AAS.
Faço essa avaliação para alertar às outras gestantes quanto ao nível dos médicos do local, pois agora eu até agradeço, visto que se não tivesse recebido um atendimento tão ruim, não teria procurado outro local para fazer o exame e teria um risco muito maior de perder o meu bebê e ter uma complicação grave.
It was the worst clinic I've ever been to, a very crowded place, with pregnant women, the elderly, children and other patients all tumultuous in a small space, because they have a large number of people and are unable to meet the demand, which seems to be a general complaint.
I'm pregnant and went for the ultrasound measurement of NT and Doppler, I waited almost 2 hours, I was feeling sick, hungry and exhausted from waiting so long, my husband had to fight for me to be seen. Unfortunately the doctor Dr. Aline was terrible, I have a high chance of having pre-eclampsia, but she took the exam and didn't inform me anything, she said everything was fine, luckily I didn't trust the service and I looked for another doctor and found the problem in time to start using AAS.
I do this assessment to alert other pregnant women about the level of doctors at the site, because now I'm even grateful, since if I hadn't received such bad care, I wouldn't have looked elsewhere for the exam and would have a much higher risk of losing my baby and have a serious complication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei aguardando 40 minutos para ser atendida e ao ir perguntar o motivo da demora na recepção, fui informada que a Dra. Bruna chegou atrasada e que havia ainda uma pessoa sendo atendida e outra na minha frente. Temos outros compromissos e se foi agendado um horário devemos respeitar o paciente ou informa-lo antes o que está acontecendo.
I waited 40 minutes to be seen and when I went to ask the reason for the delay at reception, I was informed that Dr. Bruna arrived late and there was still one person being attended and another in front of me. We have other commitments and if a time has been scheduled, we must respect the patient or inform him in advance of what is happening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência que eu tive foi excelente, foi super fácil marcar a mamografia e o ultrassom intravaginal. A sala de espera é um pouco pequena, mas no dia e horário que fui estava confortável e com cadeiras disponíveis. Ae recepcionistas foram muito educadas, o tempo de espera foi normal para o número de pessoas na sala. Fui atendida pelo Dr Thiago Rossi que foi excepcional do tratamento comigo, explicando até mesmo na tela, as estruturas que ele analisava no exame.
The experience I had was excellent, it was super easy to schedule the mammogram and intravaginal ultrasound. The waiting room is a little small, but on the day and time I went it was comfortable and there were chairs available. The receptionists were very polite, the waiting time was normal for the number of people in the room. I was attended by Dr Thiago Rossi who was exceptional in the treatment with me, even explaining on the screen the structures he analyzed in the exam.
